It's not so easy to become one of the greatest characters in the show at the same second you're shown at the screen. But I think Varian was able to do that
I had a friend who adored this guy so much she cosplayed as him for Halloween. She couldn't find a costume at any of the shops or at the Disney outlets at any of the malls, but she and her mom made a costume themselves and I gotta admit, it looked pretty good.

Lance, absolutely not. Cass, maybe in the first season and a half. The king, absolutely not. The queen, not really. King Edmund did the Tangled equivalent of going to the store for milk for 25 years. The only other adult that could possibly qualify as responsible is Quirin.
