- Hey Everyone,
These are some of my favorite vegan restaurants that I ate at throughout Thailand. Even though there is a strong Buddhist population there, it can still be difficult to find vegan foods in Thailand if you don't know where to go. So hopefully this guide will help!!
For more vegan restaurants, visit www.happycow.net.

1. Vegan Food Court Stalls (Terminal 21, Ekamai) ($~30 baht)

There's another (tiny) vegan restaurant in Patong, Phuket, where I just went today, called Mae Orathai Vegetarian. 60 baht (~$2) got me quite a bit of yummy food to go.
If you are still in Chiang Mai, definitely visit "J Kitchen". It's a vegetarian restaurant with lots of vegan dishes and all are amazing. The atmosphere is nice and well decorated. They're the same owner as the popular tea house Vieng Joom On.
Thanks for the handy list. Everything looks great, even the ones you thought were just okay, haha. I've heard that May Kaidee in Bangkok is good (with several other locations around Thailand and one in NYC). Thanks also for the great vegan recipes!
Thanks! Food looks great! Can't wait to travel there!
This is so comprehensive, thank you so much!
Thanks!
Vegan guide, first 30 seconds you see a dead fish and an elephant being exploited aaah other than that, some of the food looked great 😍
lol I was thinking that too
Elephant exploited, and the fish thing on the table, a great put off!!
Great guide video, thanks.... but please edit that Elephant exploitation out?! Really not what vegans (i.e. for animal liberation) want to see. Unless you're really only aiming at plant-based people and not those living a vegan way of life.
@@EastMeetsKitchen You don't understant what veganism means then. Avoid using the word vegan for clickbait and non real vegans Will get ofended with animal explotation.
when you say chaing rai 1.5 hours north of bangkok you mean in a jet powered aeroplane and not a superfast motorbike, right,ha ha, definitely an aeroplane i think
Hi east meets kitchen I have a cooking show on RUclips.. do u fo bu a script or do u fo off top of your head
just an update yo green in phuket is no longer there it has moved into a shopping mall and has only a few choices now ,it is fucking shit now compared to what it used to be ,sorry for the bad news
Ooh, all very expensive😩
Need a camera with better stabilization and auto focus. Unusable footage.
The tourists riding the elephant in the beginning of the video is really problematic and no video (vegan or not) should promote this cruel practice and for those who don't know, very hurtful for the weak backs of the elephants. Other than that the video has some useful tips.
Horrible camera skills. Otherwise thanks.
"Vegan Restaurant Guide" opening frame shows cooked fish. Lmao. Camera work sucks. Dizzying.
And an elephant.
