Another great video! I've been making the mistake of running Time Shadows V2 at the start of my chain as I was concerned about low headroom & overloading it with gain. Turns out, running gain into it is what unlocks all sorts of crazy cool textures!
Yaaaaaay my Sundays are complete again. Some great sounds provided. I really like when you were in preset mode, i think it was whenever you switched to the first mode, the note sounded like a dubstep horn as the note ascended. Also the beginning of the last segment, had some great percussive elements, without a drum machine, it had a tribal feel to it. Is the middle position of the switch DBA, and EQD sides mixed together?

Oliver and Jamie were talking about switching them on the fly on their video and I thought that sounded fun to do. The middle mode is EQD as well (I think) and it is kind of like a mutated Rainbow Machine. That OBNE Expression Ramper is one of the best tools I've bought. The new one looks even cooler. It makes other pedals into more than themselves.
@@Mujahadeen49 that’s right you totally spotted it! Yeah I really prefer to be able to control volume on each pedal if possible without having to open it up. Maybe not the most attractive mod but I like it anyway. 😅
@basementlyle I got my Germanium Filter modded with an external volume knob. Makes it far more useable. It was a game changer. Any builder can do it. Definitely worth getting done.
@basementlyle it was a design flaw to put it inside as the volume drastically changes depending on Filter settings. Only costs €25 to get done. Will send you a pic on Insta
