Kudos on focusing on the Roy and Minnie statue. So many people forget that the entire resort, if not most of The Walt Disney Company, would not exist without him.

@@capturingsummer123 they’re a multi billion dollar business they can afford to do things the right way it’s just bob paycheck wants to scrape every penny to make more money for himself. It’s a sad reality and will continue until he’s replaced by someone hopefully better. It’s definitely not magical for them to do what they did to our cast members... and all the budget cuts in the epcot project and who knows where... disney just doesn’t feel like disney.
Ever since the age of 5/6 I have always dreamed of visiting Disney world. I fell in love after watching a advert during a Disney movie as a child and was hooked ever since. For years I watched videos, read books, and asked to borrow other people's photo albums just to imagine what it was like to be there 🥺 At last, in 2022 at the age of 26 I'll finally board that plane and won't stop until I reach that castle.

Go for it. I'm 28 and I visited Walt Disney World for the first time in June. It was an absolute wonderful experience. My inner child came out as soon as I saw the welcome sign. And a flurry of emotions flooded and I teared up. Dont let naysayers stop you. As Mr. Disney would say," A dream is a wish your heart makes."

My husband was 28 when he finally got to see that “huge white ball” in Epcot. He always looked for it in Disneyland when he was little until someone told him that he wasn’t at the right park. I made sure we made it to WDW after getting married so he could finally see it in person! A dream come true both of us 😊

Awww I loved seeing Julie Andrews! She was a big part of my childhood. I would watch Marry Poppins all the time and Princess Diaries was always a favorite of mine.
Speaking of Mary Poppins, I saw the trailer for the new movie "Encanto" (ruclips.net/video/CaimKeDcudo/видео.html) and one the characters has a magical power that I called Mary Poppins power.
I really wish the 50th anniversary focused more on the history and legacy instead of just the IP of the last 10 years

I so wish I could go to Walt Disney world in Orlando, Florida. I have never been there. I have been to Disneyland in Anaheim, California, a few times in the 1960's, 1970's, and once in early 1980's. But unfortunately not since then. I'm 60 year's old now. I use a wheelchair and walker, and can't afford a trip. I have COPD and congestive heart failure. But watching RUclips channels about the Disney magic is so cheerful. Makes me feel happy. Thank you 💕 for the videos.🤗👍

I've yet to see anyone mention how the projections on the castle show her flying up to the top spire just before she actually takes flight across the hub. Nice touch there

The Walt Disney Company has been apart of our lives forever. My wife and I both went to Walt Disney World several times during our childhoods. We danced to wishes at our wedding and went to Walt Disney World for our honeymoon. Our daughter, Krystina, who is 6 is special needs. She loves disney so very much. She is our disney princess! Happy 50th Anniversary To The Happiest Most Magical Place On Earth!

My husband saw Harmonious at EPCOT last night and was disappointed that there is only one ideal location on EPCOT’s lagoon to see all of this show well. If watching from the sides or back one misses the images of the Disney characters that are displayed. The only way he got to see all that he missed was by watching Harmonious on RUclips.
Micky Views on RUclips said the same thing. There only 2 key places where you can see the main screen but he said in those 2 key spots you can barely hear the music .

What's happening with Tron!
I have a feeling that Tron will be delayed to 2023, maybe that's why Disney didn't talk about the attraction in this video since it doesn't look like it'll be part of the 50th celebration which is strange since Magic Kingdom is the park turning 50 in the first place and yet Epcot is the one getting the new ride openings (then again Epcot is turning 40 next year but still)

I hate when people use the "Walt would be so upset if..." phrase but I feel you in this. It's not about "magic" anymore, its just business....
(I hate that phrase because guests would use it to justify their bad behavior in the parks i.e. being told not to run in front of a parade vehicle, sit on a bridge railing over the water, etc)

I want everything in this video, but Australia needs a Disney Theme park because there are a lot of people that would jump onto sending their resumes in for training and such. Disney 50th should also be about expanding Disney theme parks in other countries so that people in other countries can go to a Disney Theme park instead of the same old boring theme parks, there is only so much one can handle of WB on the Gold Coast in Australia and such that it gets old and you know what to expect. Also, it's nice to hear a song from Descendants 1 in this video
It wouldn't be called WALT Disney World without Roy. He finished at least part of his brothers dream place and then died right after. But unfortunately there is NO "magic" at Corporate Disney any more. Only the "magic" of money and greed! If this were started now. They would fail completely. Corporate Disney rides on the laurels and LOVE that people have had for generations based upon what Walt and Roy built. But they have totally abused and misused the traditions and goodwill that the brothers Disney built. Walt used to say and Roy begrudgingly would agree, give the people MORE than the expect and the money will take care of itself. Corporate Disney does the opposite. They say, lets' see what corners we can cut and squeeze out as much blood money as possible and hope few people notice or care. That is the Corporate Disney way.

There's no Walt Disney World, nobody calls it that anymore. The World's biggest media company is not what I imagined, no members of the Disney family is involved. No 100 year old company has survived this Century's greed.

The appearance of Julie Andrews and the actual emotion and genuine feelings that radiate from her is what I wished could have been bottled and would have been incorporated into the anniversary and its shows.
