STOP calling this "mistress" trial! Can't you hold back and not insult her after she was murdered? When she started dating this criminal, he told her that he is separated and going through a divorce and his estranged wife lived in Florida! So she was NOT under the impression at all that she is a mistress. I understand that you're sensationalizing to get more views but have some respect!

This is so sad. I have 2 grandsons...both are babies. My oldest is 2 and the youngest is 10 months. I love them SO much. How agonizing this must be for this poor woman...I just can't begin to imagine her grief and pain

She tried to trap this man & although he made it clear she was sex and nothing more, was married with children, would not leave the marriage, & she still insisted on lying, purposefully getting pregnant when she claimed to be on 5 year protection. From the beginning, from her own family & close friends, all knew he wasn’t interested in anything other than sex from her. He never wanted any children or her. She couldn’t take that & went after him regardless. To consider meeting someone who ended all contact with her as soon as she told him about her “accidentally” getting pregnant & ended it immediately. She chose to keep the baby & was going to fully support the baby on her own, another lie. It’s a sad story, unfortunately brought on by her daughter sleeping with a known married man, same as her oldest child, both married men she thought would come back to her for the babies sake. Unfortunately it cost her life and her young sons life.

This was not her first rodeo. She already had a son without a father because he was also married to another woman, and she decided to do it again! She brought more unwanted kids into this world only to use men to exploit them financially for 18 years.
She had very clear that she was only wanted for what she had in the middle of her legs. She knew he was married, and she knew he had 4 kids. She was almost 30 years old, and she was barely "thinking" on going to school. Really?
They both are getting what they deserve for their wrong and selfish decisions. Unfortunately, the unwanted kid was a victim of them as well.

@@pattiwhite9575Some speculation that the baby was thought to have been bitten by a Brown Recluse Spider. Later it was thought that the 'father' may have injected him with something. He used needles to inject himself with testosterone. That's 80% of the story.

@@pattiwhite9575They found syringes and needles in the monsters gym bag or something like that and the size of the hole on the baby’s leg was the same gauge as the needle that Anthony had in his possession. The prosecutor mentioned it in the first opening statement when the trial started and they did go over it in the trial but I haven’t watched the whole thing so I don’t know what part. Grizelda went to get something from her car and left the baby with Anthony for like a minute if that and when she came back, Dominic was crying hysterically. She grabbed her baby and said she had to leave. After that the little boy had the injury to his leg. I don’t know what drug he used that would paralyze the baby’s leg. It’s disgusting!!!

In my 64 years on earth I don’t think I’ve ever heard of someone stabbing an 18 month old child to death. I also find it very difficult to understand why he’s shown no remorse whatsoever 😳 I can’t see any other punishment but death penalty!

I agree. But I think even worse would be death row. The people currently on death row have been there for many many many years awaiting the state to execute. I think it would be a bigger penalty to sentence him to the death penalty… he’d get the rough conditions of prison for a long long time before the execution anyway! Just my opinion though. Right now he has a tablet he can send emails on, phone calls from 8am to 11pm to whoever he chooses, a cinema room to watch tv and movies, visitations, and much more. He won’t have that on death row so they better give him the death penalty. Our jails are a joke!! I wish he did this in Mexico or some other country like China or Afghanistan. He’d be dead by now!! I can see by his face that this testimony of Grizelda's mother talking about Dominic has finally hit home. It's very subtle, but I can see him shaking. His bravado, his arrogance, smugness, petulance and resentment can't stand up against a grieving grandmother. Even the baby-killer has been moved.

And after the injection, she said, he better not have done anything to Dom! I will never understand why Ron chose this over divorce and child support. Seriously divorce sucks but at least you'll still have your freedom and a chance to rebuild your life and find happiness. Child support isn't forever and he's still able to grow with his kids. Lots of men have babies from affairs and make it work. It's NOT the end of the world. It's crazy to think that had Griz not initiate child support, he never would've given her and Dom a second thought. 😞

It said that a mother’s loss of child is they biggest pain any human could experience. This mother not only loss her daughter and grandson; she had to relive how they did. Her heart is shattered. It’s so hard to comprehend. I’m just wondering if Burgos maybe was taking large amounts of testosterone and became violent. My friends son got addicted to it and turned into a very aggressive person with domestic abuse.
