This is the best video you have ever made! The behavior of your puppy Fred made me smile. Recently, I have challenged myself with making vlogs in a public (also within a huge metropolis for the first time just before the end of June), so I understand your awkwardness because I face it from time to time. Fortunately, this experience allowed me to get out of comfort zone with filming. Your talks with sister are very interesting and enjoyable. I wish I had you and your sister in my life to talk about anything. Stockholmhenge (I mean sunset) and the heart in the air are gorgeous and lovely to watch. The end of this video is tingly and the most lovable ever. When you brush your long hair there is a lot of calmness and peace. Your open and loose hair symbolizes freedom. Thank you Lana so much for this lovely vlog. I think this type of videos fits in good, but of course, it is up to you what the format of the video you will choose. The decision is yours. I feel you and share the same about that social anxiety about what others will perceive me when i do "outwards" stuffs like taking photos vlog stuffs in public. It might be how we perceive people who do the same stuffs as "extroverts" or too "out" there and we project that fear of not wanting to be like them. So it creates a core personality conflict. The same way i hate noisy people in public, and tend not to raise my voice and behave in a socially acceptable format?
Take a moka pot and try that, it's really close to typical italian espresso and it's a traditional italian way of doing coffee, so yeah just try it :D
Pour over coffee is great and pretty minimalistic! I have a clever dripper, which is easy to use :)

Try the aeropress Lana! I make my oat mylk latte using that for the espresso and a small french press to froth my mylk. The aeropress is such a simple device and still you can adjust lots for different outcomes if you wish to (the coffee beans, the size of the grind, the water temp and the brew time). I love James Hoffmann videos but there is a lot on this device on RUclips.

There are many ways to make your coffee without an espresso machine. Aeropress would be a very minimalist choice. With Aeropress you can make espresso style coffee as well as filter coffee and everything in between. Try it! ☕️🙂

The video was perfectly made that make you look dexterous I can tell that would take more then day I guess a day for just filming and the weekend to mixed it also I noticed that you pay attention to the lighting very well and it worth it 👌
The idea I get it's that kind of video let's call it a "memory day" is a good way to save memory like diaries with more interactive methods it helps to know your self more and exploring
For the coffee advice if I had to make it at home I use the Italian coffee kettle it is easy and preserve the strong flavor of coffee there is for one, two or family size and it's cheaper you just put the water press the roasted ground coffee in the colander and let it boil and if you want to make foam you just put nescafe or any coffee powder and ad some sugar and little bit of hot water and mix with a blender the more u ad water the more it's smooth put the foam in the cup and ad the coffee after

Love this video! So comforting and cozy! :) I actually help introverted aspiring females become self confident and rediscover who they are so that they feel fulfilled and passionate. I love this because we introverts sometimes feel like we have to become extroverted to have success, confidence and etc. So this video is such a lovely comfort to those who may feel this way :)

Interesting, imo minimalism isnt about buying nothing.
Its about buying the things you really love and enjoy, as well as the things you use on day to day basis.
With this mindset i never run in to having to do extra work as a result of minimalism (by my def.)

Try an Italian espresso maker! Pretty affordable, and you can make less heavy coffee than a French press.

Lana, This is one of my favorite videos you did. With the salad any kind of vegetable is good. Also, do you have a Keurig machine. That is one of the best ways to make coffee in my opinion. What book were you reading on your ereader when you went bike riding?
Moccamaster is probably the way to go for an electric coffee machine.

Hi Lana, about the coffee: I always use a Percolator. It gives me a nice feeling in the morning when I am making my fresh coffee, almost like a bit of meditating. And it tastes and smells so good! I really recommend it :)
Girl! You need to put 10 times the amount of sunscreen you put on your entire face to actually protect yourself from the sun. Otherwise, fantastic video and saw a really different side of you! Loved it :) xo

Drip coffee... But there are ways to do it. Depends on if you want to spend the time to brew it. For good brew you would need to study a bit on how to brew but its a challenge by itself and opening up a new world of coffee. V60 drip coffee is also what I do everyday for therapeutic purpose in the morning.
Cold brew would be easier but its cold so you would need to warm it up.

There is nothing wrong with instant coffee! I love coffee and can appreciate fancy blends of all kinds. But I never understood the hatred for instant. It is what I always have at home myself.

Try the French press using 'Douwe Egberts Roast and Ground Filter Coffee' and don't be afraid to use a good desert spoon per cup that you are making. Don't press down too quickly or you'll get sediment.
I often drink my coffee from a bowl so no need to buy more cups ;-D If you love a kaffe latte, you should invest in an espresso maker, it'll save you money in the long run. Otherwise, you'll end up at Wayne's on Drottninggatan every day!

I actually love these styles of videos, so calm and relaxing, and definitely suits you! As an introvert who spends most of the day doing introverted things too, it's so nice to see someone else who is the same. Kinda love that you've built as a safe space for other introverts here :)

Is it weird that I appreciate both introverts and extroverts (so long as they are of sufficiently good character)? I just love how gentle introverts can be, as well as how lively extroverts can be. I love the contrast as they both offer valuable tools and strategies to deal with life. It's so profoundly interesting and when they can come into a balanced unity... it's a hallelujah moment in my book. When I need calmness and time with my own self, introverted spaces are definitely my go to, so thanks for this Lana!

All of the sides of humanity are there for a reason, it has been selected by nature and i don't think people knows what is actually an extravert and an introvert, this became a trend it seems. The right definition is in the beginning of carl jung psychological types book that originated this. To make it short, extravertion is being attracted by the ouside world, introversion is attracting outer things to your inner world. Extroverts feel like they depend too much on the outer world while introverts try to draw things to them and being detached.It stems from two biological modes which are: Extravertion: high fertility but low power of defence and short duration of life. Introversion: Self preservation and low fertility rate. Extraverts have a urge to expend and propagate while introverts want to protect their energy.

It's so comforting to know that i'm not the only one who feels awkward and embarrassing vlogging in the public place. I live in japan and it's kinda hard to film and take pictures without thinking about what others thinking because japanese people value each other privacy so much..(also, i like radishes!)

I think she is an Infj, and not to generalize all infjs, but we like to make rituals out of everything, we are very intentional.
From one *slightly* older introvert to another, I can tell you embarrassment or, more accurately, 'caring what others think', fades as you get older and realize life is just too short to give a F. Also you become more aware of how unaware most people are of their surroundings so there's that too. 😅
