Yeah I'm pretty much coming into this frame of mind. It's freedom in it because you can freely be your genuine self without caring what others think of you or their approval. People are going to disappoint you, not like you, and talk about you, just let them. It doesn't matter anyway, everyone goes through it. Its better to be yourself and like and love yourself, than to be someone your not just for the approval of others that you may never receive anyway.

No expectations leads to no disappointment but it protects u in a negative way. Its tuned by trauma. I have expectation...a standards to myself with grace. To others? My mind has embraced they are all NPC's and my true family with my inside me and around me and is the energy i cultivate by listening to my spirits need to be healthy. That means walking everyday, cleaning, no laundry pile up AT ALL cos the negative release that comes out from looking at the clothes pile.
