I found a decent priced modular helmet on Amazon, lots of cool colors and designs. 1storm is the brand, about $89 for the helmet or $135 w/bluetooth module.
Hey RK9. Can you make more reviews on yume scooters? I found that on reddit whenever i recommend them to someone, i always get some degree of backlash from people. Often saying their scooters are "trash" etc... they have this bias based on some of old yume scooters having quality issues and not being reliable but as of 2024 in think they've really turned around and improved their scooters but people still don't think thats the case unless a popular reviewer says so.
Yume scooters are top notch. I just received the hulk pro. And it is pure quality. Some people are just trolls. You just have to dismiss people like them. They are just trying to get a rise out of you. 👍
@That2jguy congratulations you will not be disappointed. The scooter is extremely fast and super fun to ride. And looks absolutely stunning after dark.
@@That2jguy I get my Hawk on Saturday, I can't wait for it either. I saw on Freshly Charged that Yume is the most improved scooter company from just two years ago and their products are excellent.

Wrist guards should be used at any level of scooter riding.
I would suggest shoes that at least cover your ankles, pref with armour.

Yeah, but the most important thing is safety. Price is the big limiter here.
