    You will probably never reed this BUT can you please do a "Disco/Clubbing Dance Workout" with Songs like eg "Like a G6", "DaynNight", "Heads will roll", "Sexy Bitch" (!!!!!), " Pursuit of happiness" usw - just a few song ideas for the vibe it should get 😂
    I would be so excited!!!
    Your dance workouts are the closest thing i'll get to clubbing the next time i guess😂😂

    This is the only warm up in existence I won't mind doing before weight training. Slow and relaxing start instead of jumping around and feeling exhausted before I even start

    i love her so much. she literally cured my physical inactivity. i started working out with her vids last year and oh boy the strength it gave me was immense. im not very strong, but i can lift a lot of things by myself now. then i went on a depressive rut on months' end and decided to workout again to keep myself sane. my grip improved again and i want to improve more lol

      Hey Luines
      I understand you, it sounds like a good idea, but actually u should not stretch at the beginning of a workout. It is a bit complicated to explain, but I try my best.
      So your muscles well get „long“ when you stretch them. They are relaxed and are not fully usable. So per example, you don’t stretch, you can give 100% of your musclestrenght, but if you stretch, the muscles are not on a 100% usable, because they are „to long“ to fully work! Stretching is really important at the end of a workout to relax your muscles after use, but please try to avoid to much stretching at the start of your routine. (Im not a professional, my Mom tried to explain this to me, she has a degree in sports)

    I really appreciate the thought put in every video by both Pamela and Dennis. The thumbnail, timer, names of exercises, songs, description. They also need to choose where to film and what time, the new workout ideas and new exercises involved, to make sure they plan well beforehand and to reach our expectations and levels. She literally posts for beginners to medium to advanced. And all are very effective!

    I loved it! I thought it would too much for a warmup but it turned out that it was enough for me to stretch my body while letting the energy flow in a nice, slow way. I definitely will come back to it! The songs were great too!!
