Hey Luines I understand you, it sounds like a good idea, but actually u should not stretch at the beginning of a workout. It is a bit complicated to explain, but I try my best. So your muscles well get „long“ when you stretch them. They are relaxed and are not fully usable. So per example, you don’t stretch, you can give 100% of your musclestrenght, but if you stretch, the muscles are not on a 100% usable, because they are „to long“ to fully work! Stretching is really important at the end of a workout to relax your muscles after use, but please try to avoid to much stretching at the start of your routine. (Im not a professional, my Mom tried to explain this to me, she has a degree in sports)

I loved it! I thought it would too much for a warmup but it turned out that it was enough for me to stretch my body while letting the energy flow in a nice, slow way. I definitely will come back to it! The songs were great too!!
