I'm taking my SAT like next week and I've been studying since August but I felt as if it wasn't enough so I decided to start watching your videos and I'm feeling a little confident so I've been studying an hour on weekdays and 3 hours on weekends to make time for me to take practice test. Thank you for your videos Amy!

I started preparing for SAT, 3 days ago I've started doing practice tests ( suggested by @humanhuman) and I was thinking how I'm going to solve the math part, I did know more than half of the without calculator part but I just got a bit scared after seeing the questions. I'll be trying out your hacks from tomorrow. Thanks a lot Amy, you are such an inspiration for me!

Hey Amy, I'm an OL student in Sri Lanka, and I think this might be helpful. For the last question, there is an easy theorem you can apply: The sum of 2 inner angles of a triangle = The exterior opposite angle. Hope this helped.
You are the best 💯❤️. Am in the middle of my college application and trying to take the SAT for the first time, in November. Before watching this video, I was in a serious panic but now am a little bit ok. Thanks a lot, keep on helping millions by making videos like this. Thank you once again!

hey since you did well on the sat and act i would like to give you a question something just for fun since so many of my friends get this question wrong as well If you're in the exact same place six month later that you are in right now where would you be wait for me to tell you if you're correct or not :)
It probably just depends on what you’re used to. Learning a new way to do something will take you longer at first because you must learn the new way. If you practice it, it will likely take you much less time than the way that you’re used to. Im guessing that you’re only faster at doing it the other way because you’ve practiced it a ton with your math homework or whatever. But if you practice Amy’s way as much as you did the old way, you’ll likely be faster with Amy’s way. Just a hunch. I could be wrong.
Great video! But I feel like when you said “no problems are meant to be very hard or take a long time,” the last 10 math problems on the ACT are the ones I get wrong because they seem hard. Any tips?
You can see how I solved the last 10 problems in this video! ruclips.net/video/cXKHoY65gfM/видео.htmlsi=ZUEEp1nHXOQX8Vpu The problems vary a lot so I don't have particular tips unless there's a specific concept you want help with!

2:52 Wait, isn't this supposed to be 3? Or did I do something wrong? (No hate btw, just asking.)
I wish you are my maths tutor
As a Jee aspirant when I gave SAT papers i found out that the Math in SAT was way easier than JEE..
My SAT result - in Math - 800
In verbal - I fu**ed up.😅
20+125=145
hi Amy! ive been struggling with math a lot, do you happen to take private tuitions for high schoolers? I really like the way you teach it makes math very easy to understand for me
Hi! Yes, I do private tutoring - link is in the description!
I’m glad it’s easy to understand for you!

Hey Amy, thank you for this video I just subscribed it to your channel. I am entering Toronto, Ontario School this year (entering grade 10), I am from NS. Do you know anything about the TDSB Secondary Assessment Centres (TSAC), is both English and Math assessments? If you know anything about it, please make a video or reply to my comment. Thank you!!!

I recommend spring of your junior year!
How the remainder of 117/4 is 1?
12:07 the sum of opposite sides is equal to exterior angle. Isn't this common knowledge?
What app/website do you use to practice?
I used lots of Khan Academy!

ngl these solutions took me longer than just doing them
It probably just depends on what you’re used to.
Exactly right! Thanks for these encouraging insights, Emilee :)
I'm in 9th grade but i know all this? Isnt this test for 12 graders? I'm not from America tho
