Jacob, Kipp's theory (53:45) that polytheistic strands gradually morphed into apocalypticism is, in my view, absolutely brilliant! I hope you'll invite him back to delve more deeply into that in particular. He could write a great book about this, because it clarifies the etiology of both apocalypticism AND jewish (dualistic) gnosticism. Please pass this on to Kipp! Thanks.

The artifact in minute 10:09, is that the right artifact about the renovation of ziggurat by Nebuchadnezzar king of neo-babylon? I watched Dr. Kipp's second respond video in his channel to Michael jones' historical reliability of Genesis in capturing christianity channel, when Dr Kipp discuss biblical tower of Babel story as a kind of reaction to Nebuchadnezzar and the Zigurrat, he shows a different artifact that is a private collection belongs to Schoen
Thanks for inviting Dr. Kipp for an interview 👍

I have to say this video started incredibly well with that Academia downscroll. I had to pause it to confirm I had read that correctly: Zombies in America and at Qumran. Will definitely have to check it out

*Dr Kipp always validates my take on what I see although his primary focus was the Dead Sea scrolls the origins of these texts appear to have been collated prior to the Dead Sea concealment period and already contain the neutering of loan words into then current vernacular terms.*
*DR Kipp alludes to the adam H120 elohiym origin of Genesis 1 & the Adam H121 YHWH origin in Genesis 2.*
*2 Kings **23:22**-24 state that there was a scroll found in the time of Josiah or just prior to the captivity which sort of indicates there was a Pentateuch or some version thereof. Consider also that Moses supposedly wrote, Joshua wrote his own books of law and so did others or so the Bible purports. It would make sense the time of Josiah would be construction of the early Pentateuch or just early in captivity with exposure to the Babylonian archives.*
*There is also the insertion of the Jeremiah 8:8 text which alludes to the YHWH scribes doing their work in fraud which I take to be the distilling the 'as many cities Judah are the number of thy gods' into the single character YHWH.*
*Etymology is a very interesting key to seeing what the term brought into Hebrew as it was homed with its new meaning and how with the use of vowels and homonyms altered the meanings to encompass different aspects of the root primal import.*
*These origins of the Hebrew tales always appears to include at least the basic elements of the various different kingdoms governance & belief systems that were extant previous/simultaneous to time of writing and incorporates many of these anachronistic details but woven into the narratives that are obviously of later chronology than the insertion details. Also the naming convention of the goDs which now reflect YHWH include a variant of the god certain ages such Adonis rendered Adonai but unmistakably the same word as Adonai was also a loan word.*
*More & more rendering of the Library of Ashurbanipal texts will reveal more parallels often incorporating direct loan word apprehension perhaps captive words now utilized in a different religious order. I point to John 1:1-5 as being verbatim of Stoic texts in existence prior to its incorporation into the book of John alluding to the evolutionary development of the Bible stories that Dr Kipp also points out.*
*There are many of these examples that shine though and I have began a study to deal with these interesting phrases and their origins. While this does not materially change the intent of the text [as it was constructed with a definite purpose or end game] the incorporations were already familiar to the common people. Perhaps this was to draw the wayward Samaritans back by using vernacular that was acceptable and did not offend their religious traditions which obviously leaned on the earlier Sumerian pantheon.*
*This whole idea of a unified Israel was important because in reality the promises largely were made to Israel and only later does Judah enter in a serious (sic) rival to the **_true_** kingship line.*
*Judah would be in a much stronger position with YHWH to receive Israel's promises if the twelve tribes were united. Indeed that was the opine of Jesus' (sic) mission - 'the lost sheep of Israel'.*

42:00 I can imagine an Iron Age Bill O'Reilly trying to shame the Deuteronomists for saying Elohim instead of Yahweh, like they're trying to keep people from getting upset they didn't name their favorite God

I have resolved the gap in Genesis - there is no gap. I have a 100% scripturally backed 'Theodicy'. And I can demonstrate the 'Trinity' in and by chapter 4 in Genesis, can debunk the Documentary Hypothesis, and show the perspective from which the New Testament teachings should be understood, so as to prove why we SHOULD NOT have killed Jesus, as per Paul's 'mystery statement' in 1 Corinthians 2:8... or 'what the leaders of the time 'did not know'. My contact info is available. I will add that we will be ashamed of ourselves and I do NOT want to have the job of exposing this. But it's been in our faces for who knows how long.
