Why do these pumps have two outputs ? Are they independent circuits to allow equal flow to both track motors ? If you have pressure at P2 but nothing at P1 ports would that be a damaged port plate on one side ?
Hey did you find out anymore info on this, I actually have one of these pumps with 2 ports and 1 does have more power than the other. Appreciate any help. Thanks
@@calvinh9453 it is possible to get a damaged port plate affecting only one port but thats unusual. You would check relief valve settings before the pump , then swap the hoses at the pump and see if the problem reverses or stays the same.. I repaired a machine recently with the track on one side not walking at full speed , the previous owner replaced a valve body and track motor costing thousands but the problem was still there, turned out to be just a track motor control lever had a worn rocker on the pilot spool , the spool wasnt compressing fully but once the rocker arm was repaired the travel speeds were perfect , that fix cost around $ 200 compared to the previous owner wasting $ 14,000 on incorrect diagnostics.
How do these pumps yield two separate outputs from one rotating group? Is the key in the two concentric rings of holes in the lens plate leading to different ports? If that's the case I don't understand how they don't communicate, or is there a flow divider? I see there are an even number of pistons so is it really two rotating groups mingled together?
Boa noite estou com uma bomba hidráulica Kawasaki k3v112dtp aquecendo, já fiz assentamentos das placas com o bloco e a mesma continua aquecendo se puder me ajudar agradeço. Leandro willington

@@heartobefelt that is the difference between diagnosis and guesswork

Thanks for the video
Ciao, che tipo di pasta usi per la lappatura?
Grazie, ottimo video
Wat kind of jel do u use in block and valve plate
What is the model of this pump? Is it ap2d21
E os testes dos equipamentos ?
What is your rough repair time?
