I am having Hornet 160R Mars Orange 2017 model. I felt gear shifting is hard and frustrating me on city signals.. Sometimes when move from 1st to 2nd gear locked on neutral it's make me irritating and lead to harsh punch on gear shift otherwise this is am awesome bike for mileage and everything. Subhashis Thakur Bro, the 2018 CBR250R is mechanically unchanged from the previous model. Only difference is LED headlamp, new colours and decals. So as an CBR250R user I feel entitled to answer your question. Am sure @Strell will do so as well. First of all, when comparing CBR with D250, decide what body style you want. CBR250R is a racer replica designed bike(City Bike Racer), while the D250 is a naked street-fighter. Secondly, even though D250 is slightly powerful, yet CBR hits better top speed because of its slippery wind-tunnel tested fairing. CBR250R is also a very versatile sport bike. It can be your everyday bike(commuter?), your long distance partner(tourer?), or your weekend canyon carver(supersport?), or track bike(racer?). It is so good that it excels in all of the above. Also CBR250R comes with dual channel ABS, which I think is not available in D200/250, and even in RC200/R15 etc. Go for "THE LEGEND" bro. You will not repent your decision for a single solitary second.

I am sorry that I havnt seen such kits until now. To accommodate a short rider, a good practice will be to scrape off some thickness of seat and to use a comfortable boot 😊.
