    Every dry cleaner should have both..Former dry cleaner who did both including expensive wool suits wet cleaned customer loved it , being allergic to solvent..

    I believed that wet cleaning is mostly about the mechanical action inside the machine and rest is of the detergents which are comparatively softer to normal detergents.

    So smarclean is only the chemicals? Because it's not that washer and dryer, or the softener, or pump. None of that makes a difference.

      It's actually all. The washer tumbles at much slower speeds at wash cycles and uses longer rest times between them. The dryer controls the moisture level so the garments don't get overdried. The softener softens the water and garments don't get shrinked as much as with hard water. The pump controls the proper dosage of detergents and stimulates use of (professional) liquid detergents for reasons similar with the previous mentioned and for saving the fabric's colors.
