I'm only 12 minutes into the video and already thanking the heavens that Canada now has the most progressive Medical Assistance in Dying legislation. Lewis, I adore you, but how do you manage to maintain the will to live? It's hard enough seeking glimmers of hope in Canada. But in the USA, sweet jaysus, what motivates you to keep going? I mean this sincerely; I'd love any wisdom you can share. My "will to live" tank needs serious topping up.
Lewis, I've played quite a few sports, hockey, soccer, ruby, volleyball, basketball etc....I do not watch or seek out to watch any sports. Even since I had my last accident in my later teens that saw me need 1 1/2 years to recover from and then many more years of selfcare to try and get back mobility in the affected ankle. Many years later, even after I've fixed my problems, I have yet to want to play or even watch any sports. Sports are no longer on the priority list as weight training is all I need really and besides I'm too competitive. The difference between adults playing and when I was a kid and can still kinda play at(just not endless now of course lol) is just too much to deal with. Ever since playing sports, watching is boring to be honest. I mean I've never played football(rugby is much more fun anyways! =) and have absolutely no interest in watching, ever. Even when friends ask, I generally say no unless it's the playoffs, where it might actually not be boring =P
Lewis, for the poor mother whose 9 and 11 year old are going through barrels of conditioner... I think I know what's going on. 9 to 11 is when "young men" start realizing how much FUN certain parts of their bodies can be. The shower SHOULD afford them some privacy, and they will likely be naked. Conditioner doesn't suds up like shampoo or soap, so... I'm afraid she won't like hearing of this theory, but I'm pretty sure that's why the conditioner is going like gangbusters, but the body wash is barely being used.
