Bird Photography Trial and Error

I have tried countless times to take a decent photo of a red-bellied woodpecker with the Sony A7IV and Sigma 100-400 mm lens. It's not every day that I see one, and my camera settings are not always ideal when the chance encounter happens. Photography takes persistence.

They all looked great! I’m always happy when people get close ups of doves. They are my favorite bird 😌
