Hi, good review.
Finally someone who says something about the app, in the store where I go, I hear more complaints about an app that is not working properly than about the sound quality of streamers in general.
Not everyone has Roon.

Good afternoon and thank you for the feedback, its appreciated. I personally don't think there is the perfect control app, however, some are definately more intuitive than others. As I said in the video, the Lumin/Audiolab app is not my favourite :) Thanks again, Mark

I think the Volumio, Rose and Eversolo apps are actually quite simillar. I use the Rose app at home and I can't fault it. :)

Hi, currently I’m using the streaming output a Cambridge CXN V2 into the DAC of the 9000A. Would the DAC and (pre-amp) of the 9000N better the ones in the 9000A?
Good afternoon and thank you for your question. The DAC will in my opinion be better, I have not compared the Pre, so difficult to say. In terms of overall synergy, partnering the 9000N with the 9000A, should provide a much better listening experience. Cheers, Mark :)

Are lan-cleaning and power-cleaning included in audio lab 9000n?

@@EliteAudioUK I mean, to improve streamer sound quality you can connect 1. a power supply (dc blocker) and 2. A network switch. Taken the good sound test of audiolab 9000n and the high price - I wondered if these 2 things are built in the audiolab 9000n?
Nice unit, but the Audiolab 9000n (US$ 3500) is not price competitive to the Eversolo A8 (US$ 1980).

My question would which Lumin being claimed is inside ??? Lumin has so many streamer models.
Good morning and thanks for the comment. You'll see from the video that there is no claim on any particular model if any at all. What is certain is that the internals are 100% designed by Lumin. The DAC will be IAG designed. Mark :)
The internals frankly are not that impressive with the 9000n kind of an empty box.
By comparision the Eversolo DMP-A8 internal appears to have a more compartmentalized design and better DAC set.
The only thing I see I perfer over the A8 is the full sized torodial (all be it a small one at that) an IOTA has a better transformer inside.

would not buy it very very expensive and there is nothing in it and the competition never sleeps I would rather access Chinese Zidoo or Eversolo much cheaper and built from the finest.

When you stack using HEOS app, with all cons it have, you would be very carefull in searching for the next streamer/streamer app. I would say that, for me, 60 percent is sound quality and 40 percent software what matter in choosing the ultimate Streamer. Soo, @EliteAudioUK keep searching for the ultimate streamer!
