Deering Banjos, 1988

David introduces an episode of Celebration Express that was filmed in San Diego in 1988 to celebrate the 10th anniversary of the Deering Banjo Company. At the time, Greg and Janet Deering had only a handful of employees. It survives today, and is one of the best-known banjo makers in the world.
