Can this scanner calibrate the throttle or do a throttle relearn?

How to open this scanner? Or it will open only if you plug it on the car?
Yes, you have to plug the scanner in for it to operate.
How do you turn the bluetooth on?

What's the difference between this scanner and the 3040Rs?
The 5210 and 3040RS are the same tools with the same exact features, just different colors and brick & mortar retailers. AutoZone sells the 3040RS and O'Reilly Auto Parts sells the 5210.
I had trouble get my scan tool to identify the 2013 Chevy 2.4 Eco Tech.Chevy didn’t come up as a choice.

@@InnovaAuto I checked a 2005 Dodge Dakota, 2013 Honda Odyssey, and a 2008 Pontiac Vibe. All worked great.
Why can’t the engine be started when using it?
Hi Carlos, thanks for reaching out to us. Our scan tools can retrieve the data and codes from all vehicles with the key ON, however some vehicles don't communicate with the key ON so we suggest at times to start the engine to connect to your vehicle, therefor it is ok to start your engine to get codes.
The option to diagnose ABS and clear the ABS light isnt showing up for our 2013 dodge charger.

Para seleccionar el idioma de la interfaz 1. Seleccione Seleccionar Idioma en el menú Ajustes de la herramienta, después oprima INTRO . Aparece en pantalla el idioma seleccionado. 2. Seleccione el idioma deseado para la interfaz, después seleccione Guardar para guardar los cambios. Para vuelva al Menú ajustes de la herramienta sin realizar cambios, presionan M.

Why does this have a plug in on the bottom of it?
Hi Robert, do you mean the USB port that connects your Innova tool to your computer that is found at the bottom of the device? It is used when you update the Firmware version of your Innova tool. For more details, you may refer to this link below:

My 5210 does not have ABS function. What gives?
When you go into "System Status", there isn't an "ABS" option under "Global OBD2", or does the screen display "N/A" when reading ABS? Have you updated the 5210? The updates are free. Here is a link below:
