    Yup, at rokudan you should already be extremely self critical and harsher than your sensei. But dont tell yourself that you're trash because saying/thinking it might actually hinder your progress. Instead just pick the elements that need the most work and drill them to hell and back, training them isolated, 100-300 mindful reps per session until you get it right, then repeat some more just to be sure
