y'all need to understand how difficult that baseline is. it's constant movement, it completely exhausts the wrists, so absolute respect for the bassist to keep that up at that energy

Check out Iron Maiden :) they record their songs “live” in the studio where they have all their superstar rooms and this pretty much sounding exactly the way they record themselves
I'm a huge Offspring fan but they cannot perform live for shit. They've never been able to perform well live. Dexter is using autotune here and I suspect the instruments are mostly back tracks. Even during their early days Dexter has never been able to match his studio pitch. I can't blame him for it too much, I don't think anyone could match his studio pitch
No need to when you have 2 hired touring musicians and pre-recorded backing vocals playing. There are so many moments in here where the backing vocals are obviously dexter voice doubled but you can see he’s not even at the mic

Yeah sometimes it's ok, when it's a very specific part of the song, but some bands do it 15 times per song.
Its obv not fun to listen to crowds sing but when your there its a lot of fun to sing for the band
