Creating Apartments in the Suburban Downtown

- Expanding the Suburban Downtown towards the lower density neighborhoods with custom apartment blocks of various sizes in today's Cities Skylines 2, Cape Lomond series.
Todays modded Cities Skylines 2 build will almost complete this area. This major expansion provide several thousand more home for our cims, and there will also be some employment opportunities added to the build too.
