I am diagnosed as a fibrocystic disease with multiple cysts and small fibroadenoma on both breast but one of them is measuring about 2.8, that is my concern.. FNAC report was good and Its almost same in size for last one year and i was on my regular follow up. Now i want to conceive as i am 32 now. But surgeon advised me to operate. What should I do?

Sir my mother dignosed with her2 positive bc she has given 4 chemo +target (paclitaxel and transtzumab) session before surgery

Meri right side breast mein lump tha 5 years earlier uski surgery hui thi uske baad se mujhe right side breast mein pain, itching, numbness rehne lgi. Problem find out krne ke liye humne ab mammography krayi mammography both sides ki hui and after that dr. ne right side breast ka ultrasound bhi kiya unhone btaya ki ultrasound mein koi problem nhi h sab normal h but jab unhone mujhe report di usmein mammography mein sab normal likha hua h usg mein fibroadenosis in one side and impression mein fibroadenosis in bilateral breast likha hua h. Sir how is it possible jab ultrasound right side ka hua toh wo dr. Kaise keh sakte h fibroadenosis left side mein bhi h maine unse yhi baat puchi toh wo kehte h aapke breast x-ray se aise lag rha h but unhone mammography mein sab normal likh rkha h
And sir fibroadenosis ki wajah se agar problem hoti toh uski wajah se toh both sides problem rehni chahiye but mujhe only right side mein hi problem h

No. Amount of radiation exposure in mammogram is minimal.

If there is a lump, the squeezing of potential tumor in the breast, can, like a pimple, cause it to pop. If there is cancer, you have made it metastasize and travel to other locations in the body.
Ultrasound does not do this. But the Medical Industry does NOT want to do Ultrasound, despite that they are good at detection also, but the Ultrasound is not even offered as an option. The doctors know that mammograms can also be done too aggressively and injure the muscles under the arm, causing tearing of muscles. I should know, this happened to me.
At least Kaiser Permanente can be reasoned with, after my last disastrous mammogram, they agreed to let me have an Ultrasound instead. They allowed this once, I know as it happened to me. I was being called to come in for a mammogram after the botched one, repeatedly. I refuse to be mutilated again. Why should I want a repeat of a fiasco and on top of it be hounded to get their mammograms???
We moved out of an area covered by Kaiser and Family Healthcare Network will not do Ultrasounds instead. Who cares that I had a lot less use of my arm? Now that injury is healed but I am not anxious to have my muscles torn again.
Doctors should let their scrotums to be so examined being flattened in mammography, so they can know the pain they needlessly inflict on women.
When they will not even offer the less painful test to women and will not even discuss the woman’s options, shame on them!
I will not be mutilated again. What is the point of having Free Speech, when they will not listen to the woman whose been injured. We women are just there to make a buck off of.
Either use the ultrasound option for women who will not take another mammogram, of come out an make public, that women are being injured and the test which causes no pain or injury, is not offered.

Most likely you have fibrocystic breast disease. In my practice I have seen that the most common trigger for such kind of pain is stress.
