    Great song! Linda Perry was married to Sara Gilbert, who played on the sitcom Roseanne. Check out Alanis Morissette, “You Ought to Know”, about her break up with a TV sitcom actor. Also the 2010 performance by PINK, “Glitter in the Air”. That video is legendary. Another great female singer is Melissa Ethridge, “I’m the Only One”. Great video!

    Summer of 1993 I was a single parent and had 3 children all under age 4 years old, 3 buddies from work invited me along on a weekend trip to Myrtle Beach and I jumped at the chance. My biggest memory of this song is lying on the beach all day listening to this song while the guys played golf then all of us hitting the Grand Strand at night. LoL that song and those guys helped me retain my sanity as a working mom❤️..

    There are so many great female musicians that everyone will recommend for y’all. But one of my favorite female artists of all time is Tracy Chapman. There is no other songwirter who makes me stop and contemplate her lyrics no matter how many times I’ve heard them. She is not just a musician…she is a poet. ❤

    You gotta check out Live "I Alone", Smashing Pumpkins "Bullet with Butterfly Wings", Stone Temple Pilots "Plush". The 90s had very memorable music.

    Wife here..Please Tina Turner..She is AMAZING..!!..,I was in my very late teen years when this was HUGE..Seems like yesterday ..Wow..The Lead singer here is a truly talented Musician .., she's wrote alot of hits!!!..
