This is not a real fix for "Qualcomm CrashDump". Most who experience this error need to get rid of the error before using the MSM tool. It is two separate problems, but the video only fixes one of the and oddly enough not the problem that the video titel has.
There are typically only two reasons for this error: flashing the wrong file with fastboot or hardware failure.

Again reboot to the EDL mode again and check if it gets detected or not. If it's not detecting then you have to go to the repair shops there is no other option.
my oneplus 6 is running on oos 11 and its on crashdump mode and i tried to download msmdownload tool but its showing packed image not found wht will i do?
I hope you've downloaded the MSM tool provided in the description. It's possible the ZIP file became corrupted during the download, which could be causing the issue. I suggest you redownload the MSM tool and give it another try.

Yes, it does switch on, but the screen is black because you have entered EDL mode.

You can try flashing the old firmware or a custom ROM. If the issue persists, it's likely hardware-related.

Try flashing a fastboot ROM if you don't have a PC. but using the MSM tool requires a PC.

Yes, you can install twrp after using the MSM tool, but make sure you are installing the correct version of TWRP. As there are different TWRP versions for Android 10,11,12/13/14
Maximum time, this problem create from CPU.so,Msm tool flash always not effective solution.
Even after soft-bricking my device a few times, the msm tool has always been reliable for getting my device back up and running.

You can't back up your data from crash dump mode. The only way to back up your device is to boot into a custom recovery like TWRP or OrangeFox Recovery.

If you have unlocked the bootloader of your phone then just find the TWRP img that is compatible for your device & Android version and flash that img using fastboot.

No, you can't. You'll need to flash OxygenOS first. This will lock your bootloader again. Then, you'll have to unlock the bootloader to flash a custom ROM.

If you are able to boot any custom recovery otherwise there is no way to backup.

Power off your device then press and hold both volume buttons (up and down) simultaneously while holding the volume buttons, connect your phone to a power source using the USB cable and continue holding the volume buttons and power button until you see the complete black screen.

There is no other way to boot into edl, If you are able to boot into fastboot mode then only you can use the below command to boot into edl mode.
Command :- fastboot reboot edl
