I suggest all the ppl to follow this who are facing this crashdump mode on there phone. I've had the same issue with my oneplus 6 and visited the oneplus store. The representative in the store mentioned me that this is due to hardware issue and might not be possible to fix the phone. I was also informed that will check by updating the software and that to 10% assurance about fixing the phone. Waited for 30 mins and was informed that the phone is not working even after updating the software and asked me to change the hardware of the phone which cost for 27000/-. I took my phone and came back home. I was supposed to order a new phone within budget but I tried to google few videos and saw this video. It worked for me and I'm glad that my phone is working.

this method worked perfectly! i installed pixel experience rom with twrp but somehow twrp got removed and only pixel experience recovery remained, i tried installing twrp again but it was going into crash dump, this video helped alot! also plug your phone to the 2.0 port of your laptop/pc. cheers!

That's exactly what I'm trying to do also. I'm on PE12 with Pe recovery installed but I wanna install twrp so I can move on to flash Evox Rom but it returns this crash dump page every time.
Today 19.08.2023, I just followed the instructions on my OnePlus 6 which went into Crash dump mode. It just restarted totally fresh. Simply Great. Mobile repair shop told it may cost Rs 2,500/-. Off course motherboard should be healthy. Thank you Sir. I have downloaded MSMDownloadTool V4.0 International (Oxygen OS 5.1.5) from XDA and OnePlus 6 USB Driver and just followed the instructions.
Hii.. After pressing the volume button and connecting the phone with laptop via cable.. It isnt showing quallcom in the ports... Instead its showing intel(r) active management technology - sol (com3)... And when tried to update the drive.. Shows that it has the ebst drives already installed

Hi Ujjaval, My OP6 went into CrashDump Mode way back in 2020, and back then there was no solution on the internet when it occurred. I still have hopes to recover the phone and have tried various MSM techniques. I read somewhere that this MSM file that you've attached will definitely work and have still kept my hopes high. The problem is, I face Sahara Comm Error when I use Vol Up and connect the charger. After the first error, the laptop refuses to detect my phone on reconnecting the USB. I have tried it on two different laptops and the same issue persists. I am not sure how to go ahead with it, Kindly help!
Press volume up and volume down together, before connecting to usb. Then open the msm application and it will detect your device. Without still leaving the buttons, press start. Once the download starts, you may now leave the buttons and the rest is there in the video. This should help. Cheers.

thats the issue coming in OP6/6T after android 11 updates...You can try msm tool if that recover..but right now in all cases i have heard for locked bootloader its not reviving the device. Waiting till some msm tool come for android 11 as well may be that will be able to recover the device. Which update version was there on your phone btw...11.1.1.1 or 11.0?

the drivers for windows do not work, I try all the versions, restart the pc, connect the phone to the usb 2.0 with all the methods (press the volume button). My Pc can't see the phone. the Qualcomm HS-USB does not appear, and therefore I cannot go further. My phone never turns on, it arrives either on the dumb qualcom crash, or with a volume up button start, I arrive on a boot menu.

The process seems to be working fine. MSM tool seems to unbrick my Oneplus6 phone but still the issue remains. I am still getting QUALCOM CRASHDUMP. Does it mean that there is something wrong with the hardware? My phone is almost 4 years old now.

my oneplus 6 started to restart and then showed crash dump, wiped cached and factory reset and it started but then it would just turn off n keep doing that so i followed this video and it was a success and phone booted again and start to restart every few min after this process, factory reset everything, wiped cached etc, updated to stock os 11 and installed all app back and now it has once again started to restart, i did not do any experiments and was just using my phone regularly on stock os 11, is this the end of my phone?

Hi bhaiya..I downloaded the files from the link and i installed the driver but there is no qcser folder as shown in the video and moreover when im trying to update the driver from port section as you have shown its showing latest driver installed..so im unable to figure out which folder to select while updating and one more thing even though im unable to update it but in msm its showing connected but green light doesn't blink and after 15s sahara connection failed even though i have used usb2.0

Bro, I got my OP6's screen, battery, back cover replaced some 20 days back from auth service centre. Now phone is randomly restarting and once it comes back on, its sim and wifi is not detected and screen shows error 'Android setup isn't responding'. Some time randomly it starts working fine ( after multiple restarts) . Tried to wipe cache, factory reset and then finally flashed sucessfully like you guided, still same issue. Can you suggest what could possibly be the issue? Can service centre do some deliberate damage? Although it worked fine for 20 days after coming from service centre.
You should check onec again with service centre, asked them why it is happening. Btw they will also install software again i think. If that still persists then may be it is hardware issue, motherboard can be culprit.
@@em_india try reflashing rom from fresh and observe. If again exists then its really hardware issue. Then its you to decide whether you wanna replace motherboard or take a new phone
Sir, in fastboot mode it is showing bootloader as locked. Tried oem unlocking, nothing happened because I didn't enable it in the developer option earlier. Can you please guide?
In Port I am getting Qualcomm and then when I am going on Msmdownloadtool green color and hiting on run administrator I am not getting any status over there it's showing blank

Just press the vol up+power while MSM process is going on and says firehouse/sahara communication failed once you press them it will start flashing

Green led is glowing though
retry is the only option. Also ise usb 2.0 port

hi, i have one plus 6t mobile. i am getting error as qualcomm crashdump mode. I tried all the options of rebooting phone with volume and power button but error still comes.I have not taken data backup and hence could you help me how to take backup in qualcom crashdump mode please.

Helloo I;'ve done this method on my OP6 and then it after it came out the OP logo it goes to Qualcomm crashdump mode again without coming out the loading screen, what should i do?

my oneplus 6 started to restart and then showed crash dump, wiped cached and factory reset and it started but then it would just turn off n keep doing that so i followed this video and it was a success and phone booted again and start to restart every few min after this process, factory reset everything, wiped cached etc, updated to stock os 11 and installed all app back and now it has once again started to restart, i did not do any experiments and was just using my phone regularly on stock os 11, is this the end of my phone?

Hi bhaiya..I downloaded the files from the link and i installed the driver but there is no qcser folder as shown in the video and moreover when im trying to update the driver from port section as you have shown its showing latest driver installed..so im unable to figure out which folder to select while updating and one more thing even though im unable to update it but in msm its showing connected but green light doesn't blink and after 15s sahara connection failed even though i have used usb2.0
there is no drivers issue... you plz try 4 5 time it happens many times tht sahara communication failed

Bro, one plus 6. for me port shows connected at COM3 whenever my phone is on. Moment i try to turn off port disappear. Both cases Msm tool doesn’t show this port details to start. Pls advise what to do next. Thanks
restart your pc after reinstalling drivers. and try connecting with usb 2.0 port

Bro, I got my OP6's screen, battery, back cover replaced some 20 days back from auth service centre. Now phone is randomly restarting and once it comes back on, its sim and wifi is not detected and screen shows error 'Android setup isn't responding'. Some time randomly it starts working fine ( after multiple restarts) .
Tried to wipe cache, factory reset and then finally flashed sucessfully like you guided, still same issue. Can you suggest what could possibly be the issue? Can service centre do some deliberate damage? Although it worked fine for 20 days after coming from service centre.
You should check onec again with service centre, asked them why it is happening. Btw they will also install software again i think. If that still persists then may be it is hardware issue, motherboard can be culprit.
@@TechieUjjaval service centre is somply saying its not our fault. Phone worked fine for 20 days. They want to change the mother board
@@em_india try reflashing rom from fresh and observe. If again exists then its really hardware issue. Then its you to decide whether you wanna replace motherboard or take a new phone

Sir, in fastboot mode it is showing bootloader as locked. Tried oem unlocking, nothing happened because I didn't enable it in the developer option earlier. Can you please guide?
if oem unlock not able in developer option then this command will not perform.

In Port I am getting Qualcomm and then when I am going on Msmdownloadtool green color and hiting on run administrator I am not getting any status over there it's showing blank
while you connect your phone is the status is changing in msm tool as connected or not? If not then your device drivers are not installed correctly

check drivers installed or not correctly. Also after installing drivers restart your PC. & connect your device with usb 2.0 port of your PC

i do the instructions on the video however on the msmdownload tool, when the download starts, the green light flash on my phone but it shows error saying 'device not match image' and stops at 4 secs. i repeated it many times and the error still occurs. what can i do? :
you downloaded correct file for your device only, there are two files one for OP6 & one for OP6T
