I was looking at pekoms if there are more zoro decks to contest the board early, a turn 2 play is very important here. Also looking at daifuku for more midrange play and card draw as i noticed i was down in cards
@sairutsaz those are the 2 worst match ups sadly For Law: you wanna have a board to constantly pressure their life/board. 8kata is very important here to deal with the law blockers. For Wb: you wanna it's interesting. Most ppl would take all the hits from you. 8kata is important here too as you can put most threats into life which if they play 9beard you can burn away with 10cost. Thunderbolt is impt here to clear marcos for that final turn. Hope this helps :)
@@TheKlet It does help, thanks! If you dont mind me asking more I have 2 questions: 1: In the mirror match is there anything that I should keep in mind? Any special tip or what cards are the important ones? Do I mulligan to get a lot of high cost cards? 2: Maybe this is matchup specific but Imagine you have Perospero on the field and for whatever reason you have only 2 DON to use to attack. Is it better to attack with 6k Perospero + 7k Leader or 5k Perospero + 8k Leader?
@@sairutsa 1: general consensus is whoever has more 10drop wins. however, early pressure to create a life diff is quite important to make sure that 10drop finishes the game (its not very good if you have 1 life and your opponent has 4). 8drop kata is very important to me. Being able to tuck anything away apart from 10drop is huge tempo, dont be afraid to give them life if it means granting yourself a tempo boost, the game will be long and a short term gain is usually not worth it. The high cost cards are important for the match yes, but curve is too. I like to see a hand with a search/3-4cost characters (attackers) and 1-2 boss monsters. Yellow is a tempo/board centric deck, you'd want things on board before your boss monsters come :) 2: Yes it is match up specific and also what what you are aiming to do. Are you attacking character or leader is the first thing. if you want to make them take life, the having 1 bigger attacking, in this case the 8k is better. but if you want to extract value from them, a 6k and 7k is better. it is based on the cards in both players hands, how the board is etc. There isnt a right or wrong answer to this question as its always based on the situation, so its based on your ability to access :) if you want, you can msg on disc too! klet9181 i'll try to reply when i can :)
