Well. Daki was not her real name , her real name was Ume . So Tanjuro can change his name to kokushibo ,it is possible . Also many people dont know that Inosuke can call people by their real name once in 7 times , thats why they are surpised when he says the name correctly . by that i mean ,not many people remember the stuffs from the clips after credits . Tanjiro got a nosebleed because Mitsuri whispered into his ear. Although Tanjiro is a very nice person, he is still a boy in puberty after all. It is normal for him to get a nosebleed when being approached by a beautiful woman like Mitsuri, just like he would be shy when Shinobu approached him before.
