5:55 Bars next to the day care. That's pretty standard. Im in Pittsburgh and Asheville looks so much like an ideal place to live. Your personality is engaging enough to really pay attention. Good job
That’s kind, thank you!
LOL we stayed at that Homewood Suites during one of our visits to Asheville. We drove around Beverly Hills and that area during our last biz trip. Can't wait to get up to Asheville.
You are one step ahead! 😊
@@livinginasheville hard into doing our homework.
I can't see spending all that money in an area with more homeless. Personally I'd go there when the weather is nice and live out of a vehicle to save money and be around the homeless literally and eat food from Ingles, buy cheaper beer to blend in with the locals. Make it like the grunge Era literally ya know. Hang out behind abandoned buildings.
What are your thoughts about the other side between Sylva and Waynesville (balsam area) ? Is this all really touristy? thank you!
No, not as much.
Im gonna moving to there on Wednesday! Im brazilian, any tips?
Where are you moving to? Which part of AVL?
@@livinginasheville Im at plane right now going to there, Im gonna live near from airport
@@livinginasheville I’m in love with Asheville! Such a nice place!!! Now I have to meet some friends right here! I’m a gay man, and open to find some nice people! This City is Wonderful! Florida never more!!!!
@@livinginasheville Could you help me to find a place for rent?
Living in Asheville, I really like your videos, let's be friends!
Howdy, friend! Sure!
How can you talk about East Asheville and just skip over Riceville Valley? I get its not in the city limits, but being just over the blue ridge parkway from Haw Creek, we share the same bears. Haw Creek is more family oriented, but Riceville is more peaceful, less HOAs, and the lowest crime of practically all of Asheville.
Sure doesn't sound like she's from Asheville 🤔
I’ve lived here since 2001. How long does it take? I did grow up somewhere else though.
Yea the real Asheville is like Oh Brother where art thou. Not necessarily a bad thing but that's how real Asheville. people are it seems.. in fact i could picture this place in the 30s and 40s easily having a Clooney type for that movie with Delmar and all them haha.
How unfortunate that an outsider is producing material like this drawing more outsiders to further trash Asheville and surrounding areas. Asheville was once a very special place but you wouldn't care as long as you get your little piece.
Asheville is still very much a very special place. I’ve Lavern here since 2001. Everything changes, I change, you change, we change.
Wishing you peace.
Here's an interesting fact..... The nurses at mission hospital callthis area the 'stone belt". Asheville is the kidney stone capital of the southeast, if you move here your chances of getting a kidney stone go up exponentially. Enjoy 🪨
Whoa! For real? Why is that?
