They just added a hot fix for PlayStation addressing the lag and stuttering, so hopefully it is no longer an issue.
Thank god now I can play without stuttering and the lags

They also fixed the mini chairs we got from a quest. I had placed mine and they were invisible and you could not move them... now you can see and move them

I was wondering why they were on my beach
One of the best things this game did was pathing of the Characters and Companions. However I noticed yesterday that there seemed to be issues with both now! Ccaracters I was 'Hanging With' were regularly lagging behind or stopped followin altogether!
We should just get 2 separate options to sit or lounge for all beds and hammocks. Also any improvements to the item grids is always a win especially the Tiana tables
MrStarInSky I just discovered we can fly in Scrooge McDuck shop, Chez Remy, Tiana’s restaurant, the dream castle, and our main house! 🙂 And while flying in your main house, the plus blue cloud energy symbol is constantly gaining energy! 🙂

I love the auto save update. I can not tell you the amount of time and effort I've lost due to crashes and freezing within the 5 min time. So happy with this!
Another good thing about Tiana’s crafted table being updated is that you can now center one of those feathery centerpieces!
Nice features! I came across 2 bugs so far, I don't know if it's new bug or old bug.
1. Usually when Ariel or Ursula swims, they dive down and move around the valley, today Ariel swam from beach to Peaceful and I can see her head sticking out of the ground just hovering on the grass from one pond to another LMAO, just her entire head, bright red hair, just sticking out of the ground and zooming around from pond to pond XD
2. At Scrooge's, I bought a Golden Curtain Left, and it was not vertical from top to bottom, it was sticking out horizonally XD both in shop and the UI picture of the curtain it was sticking out straight horizonally. I can't even walk through it LMAO.
There's also the bugged rafiki drawing quest. Serroh did a video on it yesterday
My Scrooge resets haven’t been working since the update, so thank you for explaining about the 1 min save time. I was so confused why it suddenly wasn’t working.

I have a huge lag when I'm doing something, and a random villager starts talking. I was mining, and everything froze a second before vanellope was all "whoa, this place is crazy!", then I could mine again. I'm on switch, load and lag have gotten worse for me
Yes, loading has gotten worse for me as well on Switch, and I am getting some lag and freezing where I have to restart 😐

I just learned that they are doing a hot fix for PS4 and PS5 for the lagging and stuttering problem today.😊
My big glitch in the game after the update is the clouds. They are terrible, pixelated, contoured now. How do I take a photo with Mickey Cloud?😢

I'm sure this has been mentioned, but one of the big things I've noticed is I'm getting a lot more dead flowers. I'm assuming this is because (spoiler alert) there are memory shard tasks in the star path, but I hope it stays this way to increase the chances of getting memories. Now if only they will make all memory shards be actual memories and not coins 3/4 of the time.

The door with wall has 2 options(there maybe more), The Golden Molded Shelf and French Quarter Arched Door. This is a category for the door with wall, I found the category when i was buying furniture from Scrooge.
Jungle house was always able to go in the water- I've had it like that since i bought it!
Has anyone noticed that running is slow even on a gold bar? Had this with the previous update so I’ve just been using the speed hack to get around faster.
Scrooge shelves are also under the door with wall category
I personally LOVE the change to every minute! I was very vocal with Gameloft regarding the 5 minute auto save. It was just too long! And if it wasn’t for lag issues I would like the continuous save even better lol. But I think 1 minute is perfect. I won’t have a problem with resetting Scrooge store since I my main house is very close to the store and I can run in and and be done in well over a minute. I recognize though I will surely be an adjusment for others and I know it is never fun having to retrain our muscle memory. :)

The Jungle House could go in the water before the update. I had mine in the water in Eternity Isle when we did the Camp DreamSnap.
So glad they fixed so many items! I've been seeing Dreamers do some amazing snaps with new items from the Star Path and there's a hot fix coming for PS players! The devs are definitely more responsive to player feedback it seems. 🎉❤
Love the auto save every minute! I experience a lot of crashing and this at least saves a lot of redoing.
The new sitting pose works on poufs too. It's also the same pose that was shown in Belle's bundle in the shop and in the trailer when it was released and I was thinking we would unlock that pose with those poufs but it was not. Now we have it. It was a spoiler in the bundle or they originally wanted to release it with poufs like in the picture, and something goes wrong on the way? We'll never know but I'm still happy to have this pose. I hope we can have sitting poses in DreamSnaps too.😂
they fixed the Mulan flower hair once again, the flowers now change colour to whatever you pick, they seem to keep fixing it then next update breaks it again so probably wont stay that way for long 😂
They FINALLY fixed the stuck spellbooks. If you have one of the useless spellbooks (from WAY back in the early days) stuck on the floor somewhere from trying to decorate with it, you can finally go pick it up. I’ve been reporting this in the discord for a YEAR. 😂
Anyone else get the beauty and the beast green chair in the Scrooge shop but not as a beauty and the beast item. It’s the exact same chair but they have different footprints.
I got that too. Whyyyyyy, that’s all I can say. Why make the exact same chair and rename it and change the footprint when you could have just changed the footprint of the old item like they did with Tiana’s stuff. 😂
Yes, I got the green tufted sofa not as beauty and the beast item but as just other and it’s the same exact sofa! 🤔🤷🏼♀️
When "tap to sprint" on, you can't glide when not moving, if you stop you automatically stops floating, when it's off and you have to hold the button, you keep floating when you are not moving if you keep holding the button!!
Thank you for your videos, they are helpful especially this one, I’m always excited for the star path and optimistic about it but sadly it’s a let down for me, I won’t be completing it. Shame it’s not Halloween themed. It’s still lagging on the ps5.

the lion king house footprint changed. i have a set-up around it that hasn't changed since the savanna style snap, and it's been made smaller; i had to go back and fill some areas in
One thing that’s changed is… I have 2 copies of the game, one on ps5 and one on steam. I mainly play on ps5 and I like to jump on multiplayer and travel to my steam game to buy items from the store. No longer works. Can’t buy anything at the other store. There will be new items and it will say “you cannot own more of this item” OR is says “error code 6”
Ugh it’s so frustrating not being able to buy furniture from my other game. Hope they address this.

You can hold accessories and tools for photos now
YK how you can use the orb pillars for that light ray effect in photos? It doesn't work anymore! The pillar turns invisible sometimes, but then it doesn't other times! 😭

The hotfix fixed this 🎉
I did too (alike every 20 seconds) but they patched it and now it works great.
On switch you can now switch from furniture mode to clothing mode now, before you had to exit back to game play
Maybe my game was glitched before but I've had the boat house in water and part on land on eternity isle for a while. 🤷♀️
After 8 months my game on Xbox series X stopped crashing: it used to crash every 30sec to 60 sec, I had to stop playing.
Since this update no crashes, it’s so refreshing 🎉🎉🎉

Wow! you just answered a few things I was struggling with.. the door in wall thing I got today. I couldn't figure out how to complete it. LOL ok I can't. Also I was wondering why my avatar was lagging like crazy when harvesting. now I know ty ty. I will check for the flower stone things. thx for that also. This is why I watch your videos. I am having huge issues with my lights not coming on. I used to be able to leave quickly to another realm and the lights would be back on. Not anymore. Anyone else having this? I am playing in the dark. Also is there a way to fast travel from eternity isle back to dreamlight valley that I have missed? love your videos and watch all the time.

I play on Switch and had Eric accompany me....he lags badly, sometimes even stops half a biom away from me. So it's not only PS5 or 4 which are in trouble.
Also scrooge's shop doesn't reset for me due to the this new feature of auto saving (yes it's 1min but yet any time I enter scrooge it has auto saved) but the refresh worked with multiplayer

Playstation 5 player here and I can confirm, it was terrible. They just put out a hotfix it seems, so it should be fixed now. On the subject of Scrooge shop resets, I think Playstation players won't be able to do it now, but again, will have to test it out. My favorite feature honestly is all of the QoL, especially the ability for Playstation players to switch back to the original sprint button! They also fixed Belle's map icon to her upgraded image, which made me so happy!
I have a question... is it a new thing that fish-explosions count toward starpath quests?(or did I just miss when it changed) I haven't had this before, but I'm very thankfull for it^^ those Perch were driving me mad-.-'
They didn’t always, but they did for at least the last 2 starpaths.

You said ask anything in the comments I am really upset that I cannot place chairs and tables on the veranda of the two mansions we got I had them placed on there but after the last two updates you can no longer place them on it, they now have to sit in front of it looks kinda weird ??? Hope they change that ?

OMG..yes so much stressful playing DLV in PS4. Every time i open my inventory i got log off all the time. I even stop playing in PS4 for a while. Then i saw ,those playing in PC don't have much problem. So i bought again the game for PC. And yes i paid both full amount of the game for PS4 ( Now that i left the game .Even do am so far away on that game and got lots of good stuff in game).So i started playing and still building a new game in PC. Well so far so good . Am kinda contented playing in PC .No problem so far .
I play on PS5 and my sister on PS4 and we both have lags all the time. Its horrible. She had the new leaf bed from Lion King in her store and invited me. Impossible to buy it. There is a problem with the camera in the build mode too. The hand is stuck up on the camera and I cant see where I put things in the Valley... and we had the Daisy Challenge too with "Door with wall" lol. We skiped

Interesting thing of note, PS5 players aren’t the only ones that have problems. I know some Xbox One players who can’t access their tools at all. I know of one that has gone as far as reinstalling and even resetting the Xbox with no luck.
I'm on PS5 and there is three issues for me. 1) lag when it saves 2) under help my system want stay synced 3) the button to submit a dream snap is missing

If you hide the red dot it will also not show the red dot in scrooge store for new items.
I play on PC/gamepass and for some reason only in the Frosted heights my game gets stuttering, and framey since this new update.
I'm still annoyed the purple cottage house skin as a second house the grid is awful
This starpath is amazing. Some of these items are seriously the coolest in the game. The light up floor, the different-color water fountain, fireworks, the pyrotechnic box… they are all awesome for dreamsnaps.
Since the update, I'm having issue of I can't buy Scrooge items when visiting someone else's valley. When I try to buy item it says error code or item is not available. Is anyone else having this issue?

PS4 player here. My game lagged so hard that my game auto restarted at least 3 times. So frustrating
I play on Xbox and every time I go to star path rewards it freezes the game 😔 Worst of all tho I didn’t get my moonstones or chest for the latest competition, every week it’s a pot luck if I get it no matter how many times I save. 😢The flying feature makes things better tho 😊

I don’t like it because of the item duplication trick 😂 but it’s also lagging tf out of my game.
3 minutes is a good medium for the saves.
Maybe even have it as a changeable setting.

I found a glitch with Ariel's cottage house. The mailbox cant have path underneath. It takes it away. Frustrating for my ocd 🥲
