Depends upon patient bgl level and we can give short acting insulin’s in morning type with closely monitoring rbs level

Thank you mam for providing such kind of knowledge it helps us a lot. Firstly, I will check the level of blood sugar as patient is NBM so if blood sugar level is less then 300 then may be I will not give insulin and if more then 300 or 350 then according to insulin scale will give insulin….
