Brad Delp is probably one of the most difficult singers to emulate in the history of time.

Even Brad struggled to emulate Brad live. I can't imagine the pressure he must have felt going out on the stage and performing the songs off that album. Doing it in the studio with effects is one thing. Quite another doing it live on tour night after night, city after city.
For anyone who enjoys classic rock music, these guys should be top of your 'to see' list....there's none better for a great night of stunning music.

Great cover. Saw Boston back in late 70's early 80's. You guys did the song justice. Job well done.
Did a wonderful job...Could never ever ever replace Brad's voice but this is STUPENDOUS did justice to the song.

I always love the band, but I'll be honest, I'm not a fan of the vocals on this one. I know many of the band members names but I can't think of the guy playing cutaway acoustic rhythm here. Anyhow that guy has the higher range that would have done this song better justice. Rudy just seemed very pitchy on this one. James Cole and Pete Thorn were stellar as usual.
Definitely it's more than a feeling.

Tell you what. Boston would have been mind blowed by this. I will be playing this a few times for certain. Saw a good cover of this by the Hindley Street Country club from Adelaide, also on youtube. But this is something else because James cole on the guitar is incredible. Had the good fortune to have seen Boston live whilst travelling the states on a Greyhound Bus back in the late 70s. However, this live gig must have been awesome

@@neilforbes1082 agree with you there Neil, but the Hindleys are in the studio and not live at a concert. Also, the Classic band would have played other covers before this. Both good and swings and roundabouts really

Great cover by these very talented musicians and vocalists. In fact, everything they do is top notch!
I played the Boston, MA rock music circuit back in that era and often crossed paths with Fran Sheehan (Boston's bassist), who played the same circuit. The drummer in our group was auditioned by Tom Scholz when he was putting "Boston" together but was unhappy with our drummers "meter" (even though he had great chops), so he didn't get the "Boston" gig. Fran obviously did and after their first major world tour, I remember Fran and Barry (guitarist) stopping in one night to catch a couple of our sets. Great memories and times.

懐かしい。アルバム「幻想飛行」の中の邦題「宇宙の彼方へ」。間奏のギターが最高でした。
I remember seeing Boston open up for the James gang with Joe Walsh and the headliner was I think it was Foghat Boston blew both off the stage. Boston was incredible live back then in 78 or 79 I'm thinking it was 78 or 79 I just can't remember it was a year or so before I went in the Army and that was Milwaukee Wisconsin that was an amazing show blew both the other bands James gang and Foghat off the stage.
