In a world of Cover bands playing Boston's "More than a feeling", Jordan and the boys are "STELLAR" in this performance. I can never get enough of this. It is Wonderful!
I don't know... Australia is a great country, no doubt, millions of wonderful people, great talent, and famous for lots of amazing things. It just doesn't seem mathematically possible for this band to assemble these artists, and other artists on other songs I've heard and produce such incredible work . Every. Single. Time. You all are so amazing and exciting to listen to and watch, and you do this quality of work at such a high level. There just aren't THAT many people on the continent to assemble so many different personnel and do this. Just can't be. I'm wrong. There are.
Thought that myself too, and most come from Adelaide. Where does this talent simply come from. I would rather watch and hear the Hindley SCC than any other band going around. Of course they can mix and dubb in the studio, but boy what a sound they produce. Just makes you want to come back for more. As for Boston, well i saw them live back in 78, and tell you what, this is better
@@davidwilliamgay4821 You know you can judge your success as an artist and musician producing great covers by the simple fact this band sounds better on almost all their videos on YT. It's funny, when HSCC releases a new song version, despite most of the time I already know it, I listen to the version over and over again, like as the first time I heard the original...and many times their version is even better! :)
JUST "WOW" The VOCALS WERE OVER the TOP🎙️🎙️ And the band NAILED it🎸🥁 Personally I've always loved Boston, but I will say YOUR VERSION blows there's AWAY 💥💥🎸🎙️
I've been following HSCC for about a year now and they are truly blessed with some world class vocalists, but Jordan Lennon has smashed this one out of the park and set a very high bar even higher. Can't wait to see what you do next Jordan!
The original by Boston is a song that I never get tired of and this HSCC cover is outasight. Everyone nails their part. I usually see the lead singer singing w Cat Jade, but he really powers through "More than A Feeling." I love the drum part of it all and the HSCC drummer did it. Funny, but Little River Band was Australia pop and the great Judith Durham and Searchers or Seekers w "I'll Never Find Another You." But now comes HSCC.
My old music teacher used to tell me that every so often, a musical piece comes along which requires incredible tenacity to pull it off - what he used to call 'a piece of meat'. More Than A Feeling by Boston (1976) is one such track, and Jordan Lennon - you have done an amazing job with the lead vocal. #HSCC. Update (22 September 2020): Just listening this to again ... absolute dynamite #HSCC! 💥
Take my breath away, did this song way back in the 70s, it sounds as good if not better than the original! You guys just tear me up, Darren and Con, How do you come up with this stuff? It’s unbelievable how good you are.
good lord i didn't think that impossible high note was actually achievable and this dude absolutely nailed it! extremely impressive! as well as the rest of the flawless performance by this incredible band!
It is, but it is NOT an easy note for most male vocalists to hit. I lost the range to hit it somewhere between age 40 and age 45. I'm 52 now and with each passing year I lose a little more from the top of my range, which isn't unusual... It happens to everybody eventually.
Only Boston themselves could have performed this song better, and not from a musical stand point because this was just perfect... but because they created the song. Other than that, i am absolutely speechless here, babbling, drooling in awe. It's just that i never thought the lead singer could reach the notes and the lead guitar nailed the solo reminding me of the original band. You are a fantastic band and i wish you all the success in the world.
Reading thru comments and it’s very cool the performers respond. I’m a pro musician with 40 years in the biz, and I’ve never come across another singer that would dare to even try a Delp vocal, much less pull it off the way Jordan does. Bravo! My (now grown) kids became classic rock fans by osmosis, and I told them about my disappointment in hearing Boston live in Atlanta in ‘79, because of their inability to duplicate all of the guitar and vocal overdubs. You guys just proved it can be done with the right assortment of musicians (and a little cheating on the guitar solo, 😄). You guys and our friends in Russia (L&F) have breathed new life into the music we love with your exuberant performances and faithful tribute to the source material. I can’t tell you how thrilling it is for someone like me, and I’m so thankful that you share your talent with the world. Outstanding performance all around, Jordan’s lead vocal, the 3 backing vocalists, the guitars and rhythm section. Just amazing!
Seriously heartfelt comment Larry, I agree from my own experience that any Brad Delp vocal is kind of "the holy grail" as far as vocalists are concerned. This was without a doubt the best cover I have ever heard on RUclips or anywhere else... Wonderfully done guys!

By making it your own, you KNOCKED IT OUT OF THE PARK! I had my doubts that the vocals would be any good. Better than I dared imagine. Harmonies were AWESOME! Loved the original touches from beginning to end.

Just realized this band is interchangeable.....different personnel but all great musicians!...Excellent cover!
Just heard about 12 other renditions of this song! HSCC with Jordan Lennon is absolute the best in quality and clarity etc. Every time I hear this rendition I don't want it to end!
OH MAN!!!!!!!!!!!! That was INCREDIBLE!!!!!!!! Literally EVERYTHING was nothing short of OUTSTANDING!!!!! I have never heard anyone match Brad Delp's vocals (from Boston) and this singer just hit every note! I am so impressed!!!!!! The guitars sounded GREAT as was the bass and drums / percussion. The keys added just the right amount of extra sound and the backing vocals were beautiful. WOW!!!!!
The mighty point of the Hscc so far. Power, harmony, skill, original teamwork. Perfect.
The last name of the lead singer should be proud of him, while Hindley street got to be known world wide thanks to their namesake band! And the entire band and its (many) members have one important thing in common - they are able to create such a positive vibe around them! Great to watch, great to listen to, great in every other respect group of talented people.
The only way to listen to this band is with high quality headphones, then you can truly distinguish the beauty of it all. Such talent!
A Tour De Force off the charts spectacular version,Lead singer SUPER WICKED RANGE OMG 🎤🎤🎤🎤🎤🎤🎤🎸🎸🎸🎸🎸🎸🎸🎸👍🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉
🙏🤗
Unbelieveable!
I am a brazilian guy who listened this song many times. This is One of my favourite songs, for sure. I knew all the others musicians , except the vocalist, and as everyone else, I was curious about his performance, singing this song. No surprise.Excelent as usual. Congratulations from Brazil. Rock on!
The Good People with "Hindley Street" Never fail to impress. With every Video; They Prove their Passion & Dedication to the Music they cherish.
Well Done ! ;-)
Omigosh! HSCC is the absolute gold standard !! Con Delo is right: " We stay in our own lane, to avoid accidents. " Very wise words. HSCC is their own brand, and they know how to maintain it.
🙏🙏
I was a Boston fan with Dont Look Back Album - this is a wonderfull timeless number. It proves the some of the best music came out 1960-90
Holy shit. This is an extremely difficult song to cover and he nailed those vocals. DAMN!
ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE.YOU NEVER LET THE SIDE DOWN .WHAT A FANTASTIC VOCALIST AND THE BACKING SPEAKS FOR ITSELF.FIRST CLASS!!!!
Thank you 🙏 😊
If you are the singer of the Boston song, your range is incredible. I was a professional keyboard/vocalist for many years here in the UK.My boys can all sing ,in fact two of them are in a heavy metal band.I have 6 boys and my 24 year old is a Boston fan.I told him about that song you sung and he was blown away.Well done!
@@eredison8584 Thats awesome, thank you again for your kind words 😊
You're welcome. 👍
Love tzan Niko's guitar riffs. He has great passion for his art. Jordan's voice is a gift from God ....... he is amazing.
I heard an interview with Delp where he said he used to dread singing this song because of the high notes. Jordan nails them. Delp will be so proud... damn, what an amazing performance, vocally, and the whole band... much respect 🙏
Legend, thanks so much Rajat
By far the best More than a Feeling cover I've ever heard.
What an incredulous performance! Unbelievable! What a song, what a band! Extraordinary! This is too good!
In a world of Cover bands playing Boston's "More than a feeling", Jordan and the boys are "STELLAR" in this performance. I can never get enough of this. It is Wonderful!
Holy smokes they blew the roof off the house with that one. 🤘🏽
Con has proven, not only by his remarkable bass playing, but also by his dead-to-rights producing and arranging on this bands now voluminous amount of work. 150M views and counting... amazing.
These guys and gals are the real deal. They are my #1 reason to travel to Australia... gotta see them live.
@@57JackCaptainSparrow you put the words into my mouth Cptn Jack😂This band can cover stuff that no one else would even try to cover
Wow. I’m speechless. Incredibly blown away by the entire performance.
If he really hits those highest notes without production help.....then that is the most impressive vocal since Brad Delp.
Check out the other vocals from Jordan on HSCC, some of the original artists of songs that he has covered have reached out to him.
Auto tune
Definitely pitch corrected, unfortunately. Which doesn’t mean he can’t do it, just that people always seem to have to fk around with pitch correction now.
See Wings of Pegasus analysis of it.
Thanks so much Christopher! 🙏
I've been following HSCC for about a year now and they are truly blessed with some world class vocalists, but Jordan Lennon has smashed this one out of the park and set a very high bar even higher. Can't wait to see what you do next Jordan!
Thanks so much Neal 🙏🤗
The original by Boston is a song that I never get tired of and this HSCC cover is outasight. Everyone nails their part. I usually see the lead singer singing w Cat Jade, but he really powers through "More than A Feeling." I love the drum part of it all and the HSCC drummer did it. Funny, but Little River Band was Australia pop and the great Judith Durham and Searchers or Seekers w "I'll Never Find Another You." But now comes HSCC.
Jordan really nailed those high notes---well done everyone!!!
Thanks so much 🤗
@@JordanLennon fabuloso canta muito , congratulações do 🇧🇷
@@alexandremarques9183 🙏🥰
I think there's some pitch correction software on.... it sounds edited not very natural. It's an impossible note doe... but still
@@JordanLennon Outstanding!!
Big band, big voice. I'm not just talking about Boston, guys.
Thanks so much Roger 🤗🙏
The best version ever Go Jordan!!
Who is singing the higher harmony on that, the keyboardist or the 12 string guitarist? Jeez, as if the melody isn’t hard enough to hit.
Muito longe do original
Yep the G5 is stratospheric and pretty freaking hard for any mortal man, even in full falsetto.
Not even close to Brad, sorry 😊
Kudos to Jordan for hitting and holding those Brad Delp notes, especially right before the solo, doing it without help from the guitars. Brilliant!
This has to be one of the most difficult vocal performances of all time, but this guy nailed it, amazing, The great Brad Delp would have approved.
Thanks so much for your kind words Leon 🙏🤗
Got that right! Those notes. What a voice!
These guys are 50 of the greatest rock bands of all time rolled up into one band.
Thanks so much for your support Larry! Much appreciated :)
Real praise from the heart there Larry my man.

Jordan floored me too, I keep coming back to this performance. Full disclosure, never cared much for the song tbh, that speak volumes to these stellar musicians⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Jordan kills on this cover and Dusty (as we saw in "What a fool believes" is incredible as well. We need more of these two.
🙏🙂
Holy moly, Jordan. Unbelievable. Absolutely perfect. You’ve outdone yourself again!!! And such a beautiful blend of voices. Heavenly. Amazing instrumentalists. Every one of you. You’re so great to listen to but even better to watch. You are all so talented. You’re so appreciated.
🙏🤗 thanks so much for your kind words
@@JordanLennon Hello, Jordan! Your voice is amazing! I wish every success to you. God bless you.
abs agree
You guys always choose the most difficult vocalists. Wow, thank you!
When music makers with remarkable skills somehow find each other, create these incredible arrangements, play music they love, and honour their craft with incredible performance skills, this happens. Brilliant.
By making it your own, you KNOCKED IT OUT OF THE PARK!
I had my doubts that the vocals would be any good. Better than I dared imagine. Harmonies were AWESOME!
Loved the original touches from beginning to end.
I can't get over this! These freaking musicians and singers are FANDAMNTASTIC! How am I just finding this cover band just a little over 2 weeks ago and I simply can't get enough! They're all GREAT!
There a few tribute bands for the song Annette because it's an absolute classic . I them in 1978 and have never forgotten it😁❤️
I'm an Aussie and only found them a few weeks ago. At first I thought maybe they were Brits but then discovered they were Australian. Very proud of them all and they're all I've been listening to since. The talent and production on each video is fabulous.
I've got to admit that when I heard him hit that high note it did send a little chill down my spine.
Unbelievable singing by Jordan, his voice and stage presence are the icing on a marvelous musical cake
Again and again another STELLAR performance. Brad Delp is smiling down on you guys!
I mean this group can play rock, ballads, Disco to the point that every beat, instrument the vocals and backup singers are identical to the orginal songs. Just amazing covers.
I can't believe what i'm hearing..this is the best cover on RUclips!
Is this the best ever cover of this amazing song ?
Yes sir 👍
RIP Brad Delp ❤️
The Final, the final! Oh my godness , outstanding! Best Cover ever!
