What an amazing trip! That place was beautiful! What happens to your bag of chalk when you hit the water? Do you just have to replace it at that point?
It is properly amazing, so pretty there! The chalk thing ends up getting quite annoying haha, once it is wet, it's totally useless. On the 2nd attempt the original chalkbag is now wet, so we opted to put a sandwich bag inside the chalkbag as another layer, and then added some chalk to the sandwich bag. But halfway through my 2nd attempt the sandwich bag ended up collapsing on itself and it all get wet anyway, and then it was game over. There isn't really an easy solution for it, I think the pro climbers just take multiple chalkbags with them.
