If you are referring to the X Edition of Phantasia, then search the ISO in CDRomance as this edition included in Tales of Phantasia: Narikiri Dungeon X.
@lucasgoes3065 Well not really since I had played Phantasia before in its PS1 version which was translated to English and as this version is almost the same as the PS1 one it was no problem for me to play it since I knew the story, but for the artes I had to use a wiki. It is rumored that the group Life Bottle Productions who made the English patch for Tales of Destiny: Director's Cut is also working on translating more Tales of games.
For Dark Blade: Go to the city of Miguel in the future and spend the night at the inn, Cless will have a dream where he remembers that his father teaches him that Mystic Art and so you get the title called ''Alvein Successor'' with which you can perform Dark Blade, press Square + X + Circle at once when you are in a critical state of HP. For Burning Phoenix: You have to have 100% mastered of the art Rising Phoenix or the arcane arts that have to do with that and assign them on the left or right, do the same sequence of buttons as with Dark Blade but also press the left or right at the same time. For Eternal Blade: You have to have mastered the space-time arts at 100%, assign an art of this type up or down, do the same button sequence as Dark Blade and Burning Phoenix but pressing up or down.

"chained legs" sounds like a type of bondage.
It's more like "consecutive kicks".
Goushourai gives me strenght.

nunca supe como usar el satsugeki bokouken 💔
Si es bastante difícil de hacer, ya que te pide una cierta combinación de botones. :c
