I believe the actual lyric is "I'am Mark E Smith eating chocolates at the BBC", Mark E Smith being the lead singer of the British post punk band "The Fall". I suspect the lyric may be to gain the attention of Marc Riley, former bass guitarist of The Fall who is now an influential BBC DJ and radio presenter on BBC Radio 6Music (and known for promoting bands in the UK)
