Not making this up. I just used this as I was listening to this and got a client to commit to dates and closed a deal via text after getting sent to voicemail and 2 ignored texts. responded to a "are you against" message within 1 minute of sending. Crazy! Thanks Chris! I gotta explore this further.

Client wishy washy on a date. I had a date in mind I wanted, so just offered my date as a are you against this date. And he quickly responded confirming the date. Feel like I would of been waiting around all day otherwise.

I have been studying Chris Voss Since last summer. I work in customer service and find myself often handling irate and upset customers. I have started to employ Chris's techniques for conflict resolution. It is amazing how I have been able to turn screaming customers around to laughing and thanking me by the time we end the conversation I have given them nothing. Often times they start with, "I have spent so much money..." The big win is when they spend more money and walk away happy.

I got a decent no oriented question for you guys
“Is me sitting in this section completely out of the question?”
    Or
“Is getting the employee discount completely off the table?”

Hello I'm an actor looking for new representation. I've emailed a lot of agents and keep getting no responses.. See below
"However, at the moment we are just 100% focusing on our existing list and endeavouring to get all our clients working."
"Thank you for your interest in our Agency. Sadly we are not in a position to offer you representation. We have recently taken on several new clients and we need them to settle in. Also we are working at near full capacity and taking on new clients means asking others to leave as you cannot keep expanding or we will be no good to anyone!
Hope you can understand our predicament."
How do I keep the conversation going and what would be some key ways to turn this around?
    Thank you!
