The opening lyrics in this song where it says "Found a head and a arm in the garage can" were actually inspired when a head and a arm was found in a trash can behind a recording studio that the band was at. And the song has Izzy Stradlin in lead vocals.
Welcome back to the jungle Nickadoug! Lol ive been waiting in “ patience “ lol.... Double Talkin jive live in Tokyo! And also your almost to Dont Damn me!
Glad your back to this. Hope you are starting to feel better. Sometimes it is hard to stay positive. Sending you positive, healing thoughts. Appetite is still my all time favorite overall album ever, but this is great too. Has a lot of different sounds.
Talking about wishing this song was longer... since the reunion (in 2016) this song is pretty long live. Where the fade out happens on this song at the end, they pick it right back up with fast tempo and slash shreads another solo. Pretty amazing to see live. Been lucky enough to see them 16 times live and meet Axl, Slash, and Duff.
No joke, this was actually my first time hearing the studio version. It's good, but Slash really rips it live. Check out this song live in Argentina 1992. Probably the best playing by Slash in my opinion.
@@uzi978 - They recently started playing it live again. There are many vids of this song live, but Argentina 1992 is my favorite. Check it out, I want to know what you think! v=2AyENFRLICo .. If you want, fast forward to 3;33 for Slash to start shredding it up.
@@NS1. Just watched it, and yes, Slash is in the zone on that solo.. especially when he's half sitting down, just hyper-focused and hitting every note perfectly. Thanks for the tip!
@@NS1. I watched more of the show and laughed when Axl stopped the band during Nightrain and got the interpreter to come out and tell the crowd to stop throwing stuff at the stage or he was going home. And then had a big smile. :)
I would recommend any song you listened to live off this and UYI ll I would go ahead and do the studio version as live versions can’t capture the essence of the studio versions IMO. This album is great Don’t Cry, Coma, November Rain, The Garden are probably my favorites off the album.
This song was written by and sang by the rhythm guitarist Izzy Stradlin. Axl is on as backing vocals. Their voices blend at points...which may add to the doubling effect you are describing. Slash's solo fading into his flamenco guitar is one of the coolest guitar transitions on any song.

Solomon's hair was his strength. When Delilah cut it, he became weak and lost that strength. You cut yours and your strength of thought weakened. Word of advice......leave the hair alone in the future. Just saying!!! Don't shoot the messenger!!! But seriously though......welcome back!!! Good to see you once again. Fantastic channel. Wishing you the best and peace of mind.
Like you said, this is a "JAM SONG". That's why you gotta hear the LIVE version from Tokyo, 1992. A complete total jam where the boys show off their musical skills. Enjoy, and be at peace no matter what your going through my brother! You'll get through whatever trials you're dealing with at the moment. Stay strong! 🙏
I really dont know which is worse. That beard, that ugly tank-top, or that collection of funko toys. Jesus Christ. Other than that, good reaction vid. I enjoyed it and subscribed.
Wait for Dead Horse 😏
Guns N Roses has a good song for anything you might be going through, all the best to ya!

Why didn't I know that Izzy sang this??? I studied the booklet word for word as a teenager!
Thanks for the info!
@@KrisThroughGlass You learn something new everyday day I guess lol. And no problem.
I always say that Izzy and Axl share lead vocals in this one...
Just like Axl and Alice Cooper in The Garden
@@diogosabino2545 Alice Cooper was a big inspiration for the band so it's cool that they got Alice in the song.
@@diogosabino2545 That part of The Garden is perfect for Alice Cooper.

Well if you're going through stuff, listening to Guns n Roses is the best way to do it
This one was worth waiting for. The band really moved the needle forward in terms of experimentation on this particular album.

Glad your back!! Thanks for another great reaction. You're Amazing!! 🙂
Double Talkin jive Tokyo 92...best version ever
France 92
@@MarquinhoSLB1904 I prefer Tokyo
Izzy vocals are good, but when Axl begins with those crazy vocals in this song it is crazy.

We are all feeling these higher frequencies... Hang in there, personal awakenings
Hey man thank you for putting work into these vids along with whatever else you got going on. Thanks for making our days better man
That riff !!
Live in Tokyo will be a bit longer for you!
but that ending leads right into November rain 😊😊😊
React to this song live in Tokyo.
I love the studio version, but this live version is a killer!!!
Waaaay better
Awesome reaction to this song, have it as my ringotne.... Good to see ya back!!
You gotta see them do this live in 91-93 they kill it they add so much more mainly slashes solo and the end but its awesome
I like this live so much better
Welcome bk bro
Izzy! Miss that maniac!
Cool review. Thanks!

Since you like Rocket Queen you should do it live Tokyo 1992

It’s Izzy!
It's Izzy Stradlin on vocals instead of Axl
You’ve got to listen to the live version 92 in Tokyo. Do a reaction video, will probably be your most liked one
I hope you're doing good buddy
This song should last 14 min on it’s electric guitar solo in the end. Going here n there up n down on this Hispanic scale. Oh man it would be epic.
Izzy and Axl share the vocals in this one.
Also, it may sound familiar to “its so easy” off of appetite for destruction.
