- I am always trying new things, maybe this will my trial and error can save money. I took of the dash cam and placed my regular GoPro in the very front of the scooter. FYI, not in this clip, but while I was at the gas station I forgot to put my kickstand down, lol. I did post a video of what happened.

As another friend of mine went to Alaska and told us he had seafood every day. Come to find out, he had taken canned sardines!!!
Trail mix, Vienna sausage, and such is good and don't have to worry about spoiling.
Sometimes I stop and get a foot long at Subway and save 1/2 of it for later. Carry different size zip locks. Small pack of baby wipes. If you are going far from gas stations, maybe carry an extra liter of fuel in an MSR (or similar) container.

Also, you are driving more aggressive than before. You used to take off slower. That's what's up with your gas consumption. Just shows you are more comfy with Kimberly than before. I tested my reserve and got 30 miles after the light came on. Had to push it another 600 feet to get to the gas pump.
Never thought about the acceleration. Here if you don’t accelerate fast the cars behind you will get too close. I am getting more comfy other than that kickstand incident. My surgery date has finally been set for November 22. I will try to get as many short rides in as possible. Baby wipes for sure.
I raced a Challenge R/T on my AK 550 last week. He was fish-tailing in the middle of traffic and looking for a challenge. So, I met him at the light. On green we stayed neck and neck pretty much with me in the lead. The Challenge R/T lost the race by a scooter. I thought we were going to meet up at the next light to trace again but he took off and ran the red light. I guess he was ashamed of getting a but whopping from a scooter.
They always hate that, I get by a lot of people before they meet me. They say "so you are a scooter boy". I say yes I ride scooters, then when they see the AK550 they are shocked that it is a 550cc machine.
