Lost all care factor for my cars current motor setup, so why not enjoy it with some sweet flutter noises at the cost of potentially wrecking my turbo.
Super quick easy install this one, I can confirm a coke bottle lid DOES fit perfectly to block off you big vac line, I did this after i finished filming this vid.
Enjoy my dudes

Do a front mount intercooler paired with this! The echo through the intercooler piping and out of the intake is EXACTLY the noise you're after. Maximum flutter 😂, video will be coming out covering this soon
Lets gooooo
Dude that mod only dous tutututuu when you have an open airfilter. With normal closed airbox the effect is close to nothing. Try it and take a small drive with you airbox open.
@@crazywacky the car has a K&N cold air intake fitted mate 👍🏼 it really was just the intercooler holding the noise back, if you watch my front mount intercooler install video you can hear the comparison. It's waaaay louder 🤘🏼
Cool car
I see you have a subie with a blow off value. I have an 02 Subie Wrx wagon. My friend told me not to put a blowoff value on it because subies don’t like them. Is this true?
I thought we could hire you for 10 dollars to make the sound while sitting on the hood of our car
I’m dead 😂
⚰️ here's your trophy 🏆 🤣🤣
Not normally how I'd sell my body...but hey, I'll try anything once 🤘🏼😏
😆😆
Bruh 😂😂
Use me as “I didn hear sh!t” button
Maybe your headphones are bad? or hearing D:
It was a baby stutu if you add more psi and pipes it changes it drastically
Can’t wait to install this on my NA H6
Hol up
Yeah I’ll put it in between fuel rail and the steering wheel and make 450 megawatts
@@minko2533 how's it working for you

@@unfknknown9678 that good m8
The air going back through the turbo doesn’t hurt it, sure it increases wear a little but it doesn’t drastically damage it, but the poor air gets chopped up but the sacrifice is worth that sweet sweet stututututu
It's an argument that'll go down for years to come. Haha, but I agree, sacrifice all the air!!!
what brand is his blocker...is it just a block off plate? cuz i have one but makes no sound like that
There is a reason why blow off vales exist. And the point of removing them is in race conditions when you dont want BO valve because it will dump all the boost and turbo flutter is not a problem because they will change the turbo after the race
A small price to pay for salvation
@@sharpshot5408 backflow damaging turbines is only an issue with journal bearings, ball bearings will take it just fine
Cant wait to put this on my bicycle
0:00 turkeys when it’s November

You can do it with a BOV. It just had to be on the atmosphere side. So you’ll need new intercooling pipes with a BOV spot. Then block the old Diverter/BOV with that plate. With metal inter cooling with a straight intake that’s not to long. Plus a turbo with less fins/ bigger find it will dose better
0:27 imagine walking out into your front porch for your morning coffee and seeing this
Yeah I'm pretty confident my neighbors know I'm a complete fruit loop by now 🥲
Love the honesty bro, not everyone explains that it can be harmful to your ride
That buaa sttutututu in the start was epic bro😂😂😂🥰🥰
0:01 - 0:08 is my ringtone now. Absolutely insane turbo flutter ever!
Them Turkey call in the beginning tho😂😂

a larger intercooler increases the sound aswell. more volume of air. at 18 psi and a cnt intercooler on my 05 legacy gt my gfb response was twice as loud as my 08 obxt on stock boost and stock intercooler. i also have a larger intercooler on my dsm and am running no bov on that and i can confirm that the larger inter cooler increases the dose sound :)
The larger intercooler means that you cool the air faster. Doesnt increase the volume of air taken into the engine.
@@proseiben3358 It increases the volume of air between the throttle plate and the turbo.
It also gives more turbo lag.
ur 05 legacy sucks my boy. anyone owning a subaru or rx8 that thinks its fast is fucking hilarious. your comedians
No bov on an already unreliable car man you crazy
You actually need upgraded pipes, fmi and more boost to unlock stutututu mode
What kinda pipes?
@@dylankitchener6421 Upgraded pipes.
@@dylankitchener6421 Or stainless steel pipes so the sound resonates with a more choppy dose
The reason is probably because you have an 11 blade turbine, you want less turbine blades so you have wider gaps for it to catch and chop the air, something like a 6 blade will be best :)
You could, instead of removing the bov and buying a blocking plate, just remove the vacuum line and plug it. Same outcome, cheaper, faster to do, and can easily go back to bov noises.
what do you mean??
You can do that, however the BOV can still open without the vacuum line. Depends entirely on the spring and how much boost you're running. Stock psi, block the vacuum line. Anything over stock, block off the bov entirely.
@@marcusprothero8349 there's a vacuum line that runs to your bov. If you block it, the bov wont open at whatever psi its set to and you'll get flutter. If you're running stock boost or close enough to it, it should work fine. The BOV can still be forced open under high pressure, but you'd likely need to increase boost for that to happen
dude i can’t wait to instal the mod he had when he started the video that shit fiiiire
You should engineer something like the electronic downpipe exhausts you can get, then you could flip a switch when you want to drive with the stututut and then flip it again to unlock the BOV
Intake, tubing, intercooler, and turbo dimensions and designs influence this a ton too, move towards the designs of those 2js and rb26s and you'll probably get it, especially with a big single turbo with a very light filter like a mesh
How does he only have 900 subs boys let’s help him out
hahaha, hell yeah, what this guy said ^^
You need to take the intake off and put a dose pipe on the end of the turbo
My bypass valve makes the noise without blocking it off haha
Same for me
@Andy Garcia my gc8! Thanks man
What bypass valve are you using?
Also a metal intake pipe makes it way better. Plastic seems to dull it down.
That first clip was the pinnacle of mankind
That intro was golden👌
The flutter is only bad if you have an older generation of turbo or if it’s happening while on throttle. Other than that it isn’t bad because it just quickly decelerates it compared to the quick acceleration it usually would deal with.
Can't wait till I'm 18 so I can buy a car and work my ass off just to mod it till it's not working anymore
Why you gotta be 18 to do that ?
@@Wunna42 Maybe hes European
Soon you will realise how fckn expansive it is tho
Just don't get a 500 Abarth. I bought mine lightly modded, but everything else is yet to be purchased with every limb I have lmao
Eat your cereal
A cobb stage 2 EBS with a protune will make your car do this without blocking your recirc valve lol. Mine does it loudest in 3rd gear when I'm going up hill and I step on the gas to build up pressure and then let off, it's super loud.
EBS?
@@jrhcustom1450 maybe electronic boost solenoid
You need a front mount intercooler for a louder Stutututu.
The sheer enthusiasm at the start of this video makes this world a better place and brings me great joy 🤣🤣🤣❤❤❤
Man literally becomes a turkey in that intro
The intro 😂😂💀
this was the top video when i searched up "how to make your car go stu stu stu" and i didnt hear stu stu stu
Why do you look like Scarlett Johansson
This guy deserves more subs
I need some help. My friend has got a 2008 SEAT Ibiza. It’s got no modifications really done to it, but he really wants his car to sound exactly like that. How can I be done without spending a crazy about of money.
LOL THE INTRO SENT ME 💀💀🤣🤣🤣
ok so um if i got a honda accord with a 2.0 turbo will it work or nah
If you don’t want the hassle of having those tubes hanging around then just put the blowoff valve back on... doesn’t matter it will still make the same sound
That bwaaat tutututu had me dying 😂
soo helpfull bro, thankss from spain‼️‼️
No BOV here either!!! Love it.
Works for an xbox right?
I have dv+, new turbo, full system exhaust fsw, air intake ramair open box, still small flutter i can barelyhear it!! Any idea?
Anti-lag and the right blow off with lots of pressure can also do it

Keep the BOV and Put a 1" plumbing brass check valve on the exit. it flutters LOUD.
Wym on the exit ? The part of the hose that connects to the bov?
Couldn't have gotten a better introduction
The man sounds better than the turbo itself
To make it even louder cut the ends off a red bull can and mount it on the end of the turbo. You'll get sooo much more noise.
Will this make a diesel engine run away?
The gobble turbo noise made me subscribe instantly 😂
Great intro😂😂😂👌🏼🤪
THE INTROOO 😭😭😂😂

This guy is seriously underrated
Subcribed purely because of the turbo noise he made at the start 😂😂😂😂
Saw the intro of you making the fake car noises and pressed the like button right away😂😂😂😂
It actually dosent do any damage when it bounces off the turbo wheel
Holy shit!! Had me dying at the beginning🤣🤣🤣
I used to make these with a coke can and cut out the shape. Kept it half covered so normal driving didnt stress anything out. Only fluttered when you gave it some stonk
I like this guy because his intro is crazy

Can you see your turbo or is it have lot of intake piping. The closer you get to seeing your cold side impeller the louder it gets.
How much should i spend for a turbo for an in line 4 2.0
Is it bad for the turbo?
Starting 😂😂😂😂 super funny 😂
Is it fully straight piped tho
I have a car under warranty you think this would void it? 🤔 let's fuck around and find out.
Where can I order the one in the intro
VW's and AUdi's are easy unplug the power cable from the DV and then stu stu stu time.
It could be because of the location of your cold air intake.
BWAAAAA GOBBLE GOBBLE GOBBLE
Cant wait to install this on my mazda 2 turbo😂
Just stiffen up the bov or diverter valve spring??
Where did you get that cap bro?

Can wait to install it on my Mitsubishi Eclipse spyder 😂
I have an eclipse Turbo, problably won't do this but it's kinda cool
Where you get that "mettafold" 🤣 you been threw the metaverse!?
So... For the record just to be clear this _CAN_ mess up my turbo right?
Nope. Compressor surge occurring when the throttle is closed (i.e. when the blow off/bypass valve usually vents turbo pressure) doesn't damage your turbo or engine. Compressor surge occurring when the throttle is open IS bad for your turbo and engine. By using a block-off plate, you're causing closed-throttle compressor surge to happen, - which is the type of the compressor surge that isn't bad for your turbo like people say it is. Some may argue that it actually allows the turbo to spool quicker.
Explanation: the pressurised air in the turbo has nowhere to go when the throttle closes. Usually the BOV or bypass valve vents or recirculates the air, which relieves pressure. By using a block-off plate, the air can't vent or recirculate, so it travels back through the turbo's turbine and back through the intercooler to vent through the air intake. Because the turbo's turbine wheel is spinning so ridiculously fast (20,000+ RPM), there's no way the pressurised air will cause it to slow or even reverse direction, like some idiots will claim. Instead, the turbine wheel "cuts" the air as it travels backwards, which gives that characteristic tshutututu sound.
That’s a great explanation thanks buddy
Where did u get your airbag kit from mate? And how much was it if u remember? Cheers
Hey mate, back when I did it I had to do all the ground work myself as no one offered a kit. The final product was d2 struts controlled by airlift system.
These days I believe bagriders offer a kit for the liberty/legacy (and honestly that's what I'd be going with, I tried the cheap shit first time round and it was exactly that - cheap. shit. 😅) Ended up buying the reputable stuff and gave them hell and never had a single issue.
@@BuiltByBlake awesome mate thanks heaps it looks killer 👍
