I just saw a new video and it turns out it's just in 4/4 with quickly changing time signatures. Kinda, maybe...
Apparently the way the composer thought of it I forget what the time signatures were but he had 4 time signatures ending in a 1.5/4 and it totalled to 7/4, or 14/8, or 28/16. So the 29/16 is actually pretty close to what was intended but it came together in a really weird way

That’s WILD! I believe the Super Smash Bros version is 15/8 but this cover we did IS in 29/16 actually. We even programmed the metronome to 29/16 and everything!

@@steel7399 my mistake. I thought this version was cannon (ruclips.net/video/tkUfb6WX95M/видео.htmlsi=Bl0pCbMI77TF1SDk ) but turns out it was fan made. I also want to clear the air that I never claimed it was in 29/16 but that the tempo shifts approximated it to that by common consensus so the point of recording it in 29/16 was to see if we could pull it off and hear how it sounded.

@@cobb_thedrummerI mean, 4/4 with tempo changes increases depending on how much the BPM changes, 29/16 is just the only time signature that fits Strong One (Masked Man) in a functioning metronome, so 29/16 would also be correct.
