Mike gets me to feel motivated to eat daily by even rewatching some of my favorite videos! Glad I'm not alone! I was at once a day a few months ago, and I swear watching these at 3am are one of the only things that got me to two times a day. Don't be afraid to adopt the strategy of eating as soon as you feel hungry as well, take advantage of the feeling, even if it's an ungodly hour.

A couple of other solid Japanese spots in the greater Chicago area:
Kurumaya in Arlington Heights has the best katsu curry.
Ramen House Shinchan in Palatine has very solid ramen and their tebasaki (chicken wings) are unbelievably good.

I remember years back you saying that you weren't into sushi at all due to how its raw, but now? You're loving it! It's really cool to see you try things that you thought were gross or not for you, and end up liking it, or even loving it! Love your videos, but I always watch them when I'm hungry lol, big mistake.
