KING ACH I think it is better to take the time to search some things on your own. It helps you remember them. A generation is defined by specific years. There is only one set of Millenniums.
How you goin say millennials can’t have wisdom? Wisdom isn’t based on age, it’s based on knowledge and experience. You can go through a lot of things in life without being ancient...Jeannie is so ignorant here
50 year old: asks for help interviewing at her age because she hasn't held a job in 25 years hosts: *immediately go after millennials* ??? You guys didn't even pretend to answer the actual question
Wow this is new Jeannie was actually ignorant in this one ... millennials can have wisdom . Wisdom come with trials and experience nowadays anyone can have wisdom . Everyone makes mistakes though and I still love Jeannie .
Tam and Jeannie are barely GenX based on what Tam has said in the past. People can gain wisdom over time and can be wiser than someone older than them as well. Why say that theyll never have that?
An open minded Muslim but again there’s gonna be a backlash cause Jeannie is gonna sometime y’all about LGBT and sex I’m a Muslim myself I’m open mind the close minded gonna hate saying things like if u wanna be open mind and take its lightly don’t be a Muslim kinda thing soo yea
As someone who doesn't drink but goes out with people who do drink, it doesn't make you a better conversationalist. It's kinda funny to watch people as they drink though and how they change. But I don't have deeper conversations with people who drink versus those who dont.
Strongly disagree with Jeannie here. The worst coworkers I've ever had were the "older generation" acting very childish. Refusing to change/learn what they should be doing because they're older. That's toxic af and very close minded.
Alcohol releases your inhibitions & when the drinks flow... so does the tongue and the conversation becomes for some people hot and steamy for other deep and emotional and for some people it’s just they go crazy in general and the talking is no option and they just start turning up 😂😂
Manu Did She said that they weren’t loyal because they couldn’t hold a job for a long period of time. They haven’t even been alive as long as other people, so that was not a fair statement.
don't. Oldest millennials are in their 30s. We ain't children. Wisdom isn't even about experience more so than discernment. Some people have great discernment at a young age, but others can be in their 80s and have no discernment. It's ignorant to believe that age in anyway dismisses you from being loyal or wisdom. That said it is real to say that the older you are the more likely you are to have more discernment. Because yes more experience and time can lead to more discernment. But it doesn't not guateentee it.
Ok guys here me out I’m really hurt abt Tam leaving but I’m thinking Loni should go ahead and leave too, keep Jeannie & Adrienne I love them. And bring on 2 fresh new faces 😌
Yesss i love loni and tam but i feel like they have old souls, jeannie and Adrienne will bring a new retrospective and bring a black and hopefully indian girl and it will feel like such a great change
I think Tisha is Hilarious but every time she's on the Real I feel like they don't respond to her well or laugh at her jokes (the way they do with other guests). Anyone see what I'm saying?
I love jeannie and the ladies but i disagree there are so many people that are millennia that have wisdom yara shahidi is an example of a millenial and has so much wisdom sometimes old people dont have as much wisdom so I am sorry i love you guys and respect but I have to disagree with this.
they keep saying "millennials" like we're in our teens and early twenties. the oldest millennial is 43. and we're getting older soooooooo why wouldn't be be wise?
For those upset about the wisdom comment... wisdom comes with age. This is because experiences and knowledge on how things work in the real world come with age. If I'm a millennial (and I am), and I've only worked x amount of years but someone else has worked twice as many years- assuming they're doing things right- they will have more wisdom. That's just how it goes. They've been around and I haven't yet. I often sit with a much older gentleman at work nearing 70 years old. I can't tell you how much wisdom spews out just being with him for 10 minutes. It's a level I couldn't possibly reach at my age. You can be wise as a millennial, but it'll be for your age. There are various levels, but I completely understand Jeannie here. Looking the part also very well helps you ACT the part. Before my current job, I didn't have to dress so professionally. Now that I do, I noticed my mindset and behavior in the workplace has changed dramatically. The communication, the attitude, the drive, and more- it's all improved. Productivity and confidence are definitely heightened when you look the part.
1:14 Loni: A hour
Tam: An hour
Loni: Yeah a hour
Tam: An hour 😂😂😂
Love these ladies🥰🥰
Unapologetically
I’m not gonna admit how many times I watched that part!! 😂😂
I am LIVING for Adriennes hair😍
Honestly all in looking at 😍
I feel like Adrienne forgets that she is a Millennial.
People are dumb and think millennials are teens
But aren't Millennials the people born in the new Millennium? So from 2000?
KING ACH No, Google is your friend.
@@gaila.9852 oh ok, just asking cause i didn't know

Free they should know the difference
@Free no this isn’t there first time
Tamera's hairstyle is everything!
I love how Tamera really listens 🥺🥺 5:20 we’ll miss u Tam 💗💗💗
Millennials can't have wisdom? I'm really surprised Jeannie said that, and I disagree with her.
Right?? The oldest millennials are almost 40. How could they not? People always confuse millennial with Gen Z.
@@misstoridanielle30 Seriously!
@Free nope
Can’t believe Tam is leaving 😭
Adrianne in the cheetah print is everything
I love when Jeannie explains what she means she does it perfectly!!!!!
Tisha should be the new host.
I disagree. Not a good fit in my opinion.
I like eva
Too bad Tamera is leaving too..smh
Adrienne looks absolutely stunning 😍

I’m here for Loni’s looks
i feel like along with drinking, smoking weeds does the same thing. i don’t drink i smoke and ive had some of the best conversations high tbh.
I would love it if they got a Muslim co host!
Syukur Abdullah exactly, it’s going to be akward because (most) muslims haven’t have sex yet and don’t drink so there won’t be anything to relate to
i know right !

I’ve said this before and i’ll say it again. THESE👏🏼 LADIES 👏🏼ARE 👏🏼UNDERRATED 👏🏼!!!

Millennials are too young to have had a job for twenty-five years. I don't understand why Jeannie is coming for them.
That was exactly her point. The 50+ generation have years of experience and wisdom over us.

Do you know that the show was only meant for Loni... if she wants, she can fire all of them.
I Love Loni...She needs to stay.
“Millennials can’t keep a job for 25 years” cause they’re not as old! Wisdom comes from age. You can’t put everyone in a box like that Jeannie..
Tell me Adrienne doesn’t look like kali Uchis🥰🥰🥰
I think Tisha is Hilarious but every time she's on the Real I feel like they don't respond to her well or laugh at her jokes (the way they do with other guests). Anyone see what I'm saying?

I really would like to see a transgender woman on the show as a host. You know The Real has break many stigmas.
I would love to see a south asian woman on the new panel... maybe mindy kaling??? I love her sm
