i was a barista and what we did for iced matcha is a little hot water with matcha to make a goop/paste and then ice and milk! no chunks, tastes great and still pretty easy

Really want to see you try matcha with coconut milk! Its quite thin so texture wise it won't be as creamy (you could use some coconut creme?) But I loveee the taste!
I got Ashley's matcha and tbh Ash I do still love my matcha lattes with vanilla almond breeze milk sorry lol. But I love matcha's with califia farms oat milk or other just as much. Yours is definitely a very subtle tasting matcha but I do like how high quality it is & looks. Your matcha is rlly good overall! 🍵💚💚
I’m obsessed with drinking Matcha. I make myself a Matcha latte each and every day. I only buy ceremonial grade. I’ve never ever used a sift and it comes out perfectly. It’s never lumpy. I only use soy milk. A brand called Bonsoy. In my opinion, it’s the best tasting soy milk. It’s all natural ingredients
hey ashley! im so happy we got a little tutorial and informal video on matcha. i have a question though.. so I was just recently told I am now allergic to milk- oat, skim, anything I've tried I get a reaction to. are there any possible things we can substitute milk for? or should we do water only? I just wanted to know your thoughts and if there was anything out there :')
If you're able to use coconut water or coconut milk I think both of those are great options!! Or you could try making plant milk at home? Like cashew milk for example!

I think it's so funny about the milk because I usually drink almond milk and I tried soy milk with my matcha and hated it and went back to almond milk and loved it!! oat is good too though cause in new york, matcha places don't have almond milk.
