i think its awesome how Emily thinks its maya's body now and then they play the same song when it really is maya's body later on in season 2
It's classic foreshadowing at it's finest.
I know the Emily finds out Maya's dead scene pretty well, and suddenly found that this song is in the pilot too, I had to look it up. Poor Em, finding out the same way 2 of her love interests "died".

@The Idealistic Wanderer yup she was wearing Charlotte's yellow top, which Alison has a identical one ,and was wearing it the same night they were both buried, but Alison got out of the ground. Jessica( Alison's mom) identified Bethany's body as Alison only because of that top.

Spencer looks the most scared/worried/concerned but thats now we know Spencer had a lot to do with that night

They read the script for future seasons.
It's because they all had kind of assumed that Alison was in fact dead since she'd been gone for so long. The body found was just a confirmation.
how its possible that two girls were buried in the same backyard and if ms D knows where she buried ali that means that bethany was buried in the same freaking hole!!!! it's just impossible!!!
