- i've been playing elden ring for around 90 hours. i have not moved from my seat. i eat, sleep and defecate in the same spot for days. if i move, my hands start shaking because i'm not playing elden ring. if anything else except elden ring is on my monitor, i start punching it out of fear of the unknown. i do not know anything else except elden ring. Thank you From Software. Thank you so much. My life has gotten significantly better since this game has come out.

This game is incredible and I think the only actual problem I have with the whole game is the increase in item drop rate. In my experience it’ll take over an hour to get one set of armor from a mob even with the consumable that increases chance
imo the drop rates are way more lenient than the previous souls games. Plus the fact that you can easily craft consumables that increase drop rates. I remember spending weeks farming covenant items in DS3.

You should see the farm of every item of convenant in DS1 or all the special armors in xbox360 DS2,these are the real suffer.
Edit:and not forget to try cut Kalamity tail for first time,I tried so many times that I can do a no hit run on Kalamity without effort,took 4 days to finally cut that damn tail,and the sword that you win for do that aren't even the best of all dragons swords

It's my first "fromsoftware" game too. It's crazy how addictive this game is. Makes me wish I had a Playstation so I could give Bloodborne a try.
@@jigen0972 Bloodborne is probably the other gem out of Fromsoftware's work. I really like Elden Ring but Bloodborne is the best for now. Maybe when the hype is over we can look upon the game again and conclude if it is the best Fromsoft game or Bloodborne is still the king. If you have the opportunity, try Bloodborne, really good.

To me, this is now on par with a few community favorite souls animations. Like arin's mind dark souls animations, happy souls, Plague of gripe's dark souls in summary, sure it aint as long as any of em but god damn its got the shitposty relatable spirit, just as much as the rest.
