I can't control the traffic but I can call to someone and say that I gonna be late , and do my best when I arrive. • What health benefits are linked to positive thinking? -better sleep, lower stress and anxiety, more relaxed and mentally healthy. • what should you do when you catch yourself thinking negativity I write down my positive thoughts and face the negatives.
