Each of your podcasts is an answer that helps me improve my weaknesses. My plan to fight my laziness is to always listen to your podcasts every morning to improve my English listening skills. Thank you for the helpful content.

The problem for me is not being lazy but struggles with studying too much . The more i learn the less I know. I want to learn everything about anything. It's like being greedy and starving something. I know it doesn't make sense but it's true and it's not easy for me to even take a rest from my study.
Studying too much is like overeating. You want to taste all the dishes, but your stomach can't handle it, and when it's full, you feel like throwing up. Similarly, when your brain takes in too much information, it starts discarding unnecessary details, unintentionally getting rid of your knowledge as well.
@@pippip9195 yes , I understand what you mean but the issue is that I feel guilty and anxious when I stop studying. It's like I gotta study at exact time and if I don't I feel kinda useless and guilty about that . (Thanks for your explanation.)
Thank you for sharing your thoughts! 😊 It’s completely okay to feel this way-wanting to learn everything shows your passion for growth, which is amazing. 🌟 However, balance is key. Try focusing on one or two topics at a time, and give yourself permission to take breaks. Rest is just as important as studying-it helps your mind process and retain what you’ve learned. Remember, learning is a journey, not a race. You’re doing great, so be kind to yourself! 💪📚✨
I'm totally grateful for this podcast at the morning and I want to say that's important for me because it helps me to face the laziness and taking action, thanks for talking about this topic I need listening that reflection

That’s a fantastic goal! 😊 Taking small, consistent steps each day can make a big difference. Set achievable tasks like learning a few new words daily or practicing short conversations. You’re already on the right track by setting this goal-keep going, and you’ll see great progress! 🌟📚✨
I don't know how to speak or write in English. I'm a lazy person, and I don't do anything to change that. But now, I'm trying to learn and pay attention to the language. I wish that in the future, I can speak and understand it.
Thank you for sharing your thoughts! 😊 It’s great that you’ve decided to take steps toward learning English-acknowledging that you want to improve is the first big step. Start small, like learning a few words or phrases each day, and remember that progress takes time. You’ve got this, and I believe in your ability to achieve your goal of speaking and understanding English in the future! 🌟📚✨

Great question! 😊 In English, this is often called a "mental block" or "mind blank." It happens when you temporarily can't recall information you already know, usually due to stress or pressure. Don’t worry-it happens to many people! Practicing relaxation techniques before exams can help. Keep going-you’re doing great! 🌟📚✨
