Hlo ma'am ....if the quantity of raw materials are fixed ...they are fixed inputs or variable inputs ?

No they are always variable. They are fixed for the given level of output. But to increase the output we have to increase the rawmaterials as well and vice versa. But whenever we wish to increase the output we cant increase the land or the machines in short run so they are fixed.
