Just a suggestion, with the liquid you used for the marinade; if you would add that to the blender with your lemongrass and other aromatics; it may get it finer. Since you’re using it all to make a marinade anyways.

Missed you guys last week, good to hear you had some fun with friends in Toronto. I've been keeping a big stack of pork steaks marinating in the fridge for days now, adding just a little Baking Soda on top for about half an hour prior to slapping one into the air fryer at 400F and six minutes per side. Really good eating! And the Baking Soda has helped to tenderize the meat.
This recipe looks SOOO delicious. Great job Flo!!! Oh, an Dude is the best taste tester EVER. Down here in the South we call it "vermichelli" not "vermiCelli" ha.
This looks really good!!! I think I'll use cut up boneless skinless chicken breast instead of pork or if I did use pork I'd use pork loin. I need to master lemongrass! I know you cut away the outer woody part but am not sure how much to cut away! I know I can buy some frozen lemongrass, and I might do that. I figure that is exactly the part I need! Printed this one out and will be making it soon after I finish emptying and defrosting my freezer! Icebox like me dates from the mid 1960's and unlike me was made by General Motors!
YOU are flawless with your cooking!! Please… way less of your camera man and just more of YOU! He’s very distracting from the recipes and wok work. Even my husband said he’s so distracting. Especially when he’s eating the finished exquisite cuisine. And all the comments that disrupt your cooking. Sorry Dude but it’s just TRUTH.
I think Dude is great! And it brings the family feel when you include him and your daughter... Which is what this is all about! Dude is an integral part of the show - especially as he is the camera man - and I'm grateful for the example your family sets!

I don’t know where I’d get Lemongrass but this recipe sounds too delicious to pass up!
I used to grow lemongrass in a container but had no idea what to do with it other than admire the fragrance. Definitely know now!

You can grill it, pan sear it, spread it out on a pan and put it under the broiler…
